  1. Yes, it's been happening to my site as well in the past week, mostly in the mornings (around the time that I'm posting this). Good luck fixing this, and nice website, jalpro.

    Thanks! :)

    What's your site?

This is due to the huge amounts of accounts we have to suspend right now. Sorry... not much we can do :(

"Suspend"? What does this mean? And how does it affect me and my site?

Unused accounts are suspended and then deleted. This takes up resources and makes the server load high, which means sometimes you won't be able to access your site.

  2. i have also same problem.my account is QUEUED.

    Please help.

why the text is highlighted in black colour??

Why the server load statu is not showing??

i have last seen it 45 minutes ago with Stevie's server load at 68.17

Please stop posting everywhere about your problems. Spamming the board will not get your problems fixed quicker. I've already replied to all your support threads. Don't hijack other threads for your own issues.

  3. Hi

I found that the auto script installer Softaculous's some scripts are out of date.i.e the forum script is in 1.** version when in the official site of smf ,it's v2 RC5.

    Please update these scripts

We're not responsible for what versions of software Softaculous provides. If you require the latest SMF, you may install it yourself.

  4. Hi

    How to clear cache?

I mean which cache? I my PC or In server?

If i have to clear the server's cache, then how to do it?

i have deleted my previous hosting account & signup for new account at heliohost.org.But i'm unable to setup my website although i have waited for 3 days .

    Guys please configure my account.

Your account is fine. Clear your browser cache.

  5. Its been more than 3 days but our site is down, also we are unable to login to cpanel via heliohost's frontpage.

    Username : teamroot

I can't find your account in the database. What's your domain name/When did you register/when was the last time you signed in?

@Dlget: we don't have solid plans for any of that yet. No administrator has said anything of that sort. Please don't spread rumors. Your account can't be used because /you/ requested a domain change and now you have to wait 24 hours. Your site is up now. Try clearing your browser cache today before visiting your site.

  6. @djbob: this is the second time in like a day, is there anything underlying to fix?

    Also, bump:

Also, just kind of as a sidenote, shouldn't we remove all the domains that we don't host anymore from the config so that httpd.conf takes less time to build?
  7. For djbob:

Initial configuration generation failed with the following message:

An error occurred while running: /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -DSSL -t -f /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf.1298994745
    Exit signal was: 0
    Exit value was: 1
    Output was:
    ---
Warning: DocumentRoot [/home1/data/public_html] does not exist
    httpd: bad user name data
    ---

Rebuilding configuration without any local modifications.

    Built /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf OK
    rcs: /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf,v: can't remove locked revision 1.3

Surprisingly, I am up at this hour today. Don't get used to it!

Wizard: I can't find the heliohost_nightly that you're running. bihourly.php is still running, so I'll let it finish and then run heliohost_nightly.

That's weird. I didn't find bihourly running using the ps aux pipe command. Also, just kind of as a sidenote, shouldn't we remove all the domains that we don't host anymore from the config so that httpd.conf takes less time to build?

Also, I really actually have to leave now.

  8. Thanks, Wizard. :)

So, you have run HelioHost Nightly, but the problem still persists. Do we need to wait for djbob?

Running heliohost_nightly takes time, it's still running right now. Everything should be fixed once it's done running. I've notified djbob about this. It's 8 in the morning where he's at (here too, actually), so expect a few hours /at least/ before he gets around to fixing this. I have to go now. If the problem persists, DON'T DO ANYTHING and wait for djbob.

  9. Ran the command but it gave me two lines, so I didn't run the second line. The problem still persists - can you fix it again, Wizard/djbob?

This thread is getting a bit messy, so I'm closing it. Administrators will post any updates here. ;)

Don't close the post please, users need to voice their concerns here or it spills over elsewhere (like news and duplicate posts). I can track the progression fine. Can you?

And sorry, it looks like the first command was I gave you was incorrect. I'm running heliohost_nightly now.

    For future reference:

    # logs in as root, you shouldn't do this normally, but since you need to get stuff done...
    sudo su -
    # checks to see if bihourly is running, should only print one line back
    ps aux | grep bihourly
    # runs the magic script to fix everything, actually this just rebuilds httpd.conf I believe
    /root/bash/heliohost_nightly
