The cPanel/Bluestone Coding scripts (listed below) are in dire need of some design. They really should be designed the same as the HelioHost website, but anything is better than what is is not -- nothing. They are important resources for HelioHost and should look professional, which they do not right now.

 

For reference, the scripts are as follows:

Style isn't on the top of our todo list.

Hi, I also received a warning email from heliohost asking me to renew it by clicking on the link.

 

However, there appears to be a problem as it states that:

"We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error."

 

I tried logging into my cpanel account and it is possible.

 

Please help me out.

Try starting your username with a letter, i.e. tbir1959, when registering.

ntp is a pretty standard way to sync, shouldn't it be in the repos?

If you want to be lazy, there's even ntpd.

I wouldn't delete any in your root directory. You might break something. You can uninstall frontpage extensions to get rid of those vti_* folders.

It'd be impossible. We can't set up 20000 VMs on one system. Right now each server has like 2 VMs each for operating purposes.

Have you read the Support FAQ? What's your username? Domain name? Please provide these details upfront or we can't help you.

Try the username in all lowercase.

My first account, failed I got an email about that.

Next account, well I still don't know, but assume it failed, no mail about it.

 

But I was told in mail to sign in here when account was ready.
