Oh weird. That shouldn't be happening.

MySQLURL should be stevie.heliohost.org I believe, and you probably can, provided you've already made the user/database in cPanel.
-
@ArranBranco: your site is fine. Clear your cache.

Clear your cache and try now.

I'm announcing the completion of our transition to a multi-server setup. Within five minutes, Johnny will be live and accepting signups. Woohoo!
Nice! Good job djbob.

Edit the dns records for the domain. Edit the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Then add your domain as a parked domain in cPanel. Wait about 24 hours. Then your domain should be available in cPanel to add email address to.

Sockets aren't ports.

If the server load is high, then Stevie will crash. Sometimes, this will cause a bug in the scripts and make all your accounts queued. When this happens, bug us and we'll fix it. Currently we're trying to fix it so that the queued page does not get cached, however, at least Chrome is ignoring the tags we put in for that.

I see realhandydata.heliohost.org fine.

Clear your cache.

Have you tried the video tutorials provided in cPanel?
You might want to go through the web hosting tutorial at w3schools.
-
We could add that to the account creation script...
Sounds good. You wanna do it or should we bug djbob?
-
I think it's cPanel > databases
-
Did you give the user all the permissions it needs?
-
Your database is also prefixed with teo01234_.

Okay, I'll need your HelioHost username and domain name.
Would it be possible to receive a dedicated IP from you for use
with ssl? My username is theodore and the domain name is
zoo.heliohost.org .
Thank you.
Don't post in old threads. Make your own.

Wait for the server load to go down.

Did you clear the cache on the other computer?
-
You don't have a server. You have an account on a server. I see your account fine.
-
Try when the load is lower. What's your username/domain name?
-
Okay, problem fixed.
Is this a fix Support Admins can do?
