Where did you upload to? As mentioned above, you have to upload files to public_html if you want them to show up on your domain.

The cPanel folks say that the issue is fixed. Can you guys try to see if you can install the certificate? Make sure to wait until server load is low (probably below 10) before trying.The server load is in my signature.
If I understand the OP correctly, he's asking for a dedicated IP, which requires escalation.

Maybe the error is on your end. Try another computer, another keyboard, or take the caps lock off. Are you using a common encoding? Maybe the characters you input on your keyboard are different from ours. Have you tried copying and pasting the password byron PM'd you directly into the cPanel login?

The last login at your cpanel was from this ip:
59.96.139.162
And who ever that was must have changed your password. Since you say you couldn't login then I assume it was somebody else so I blocked that ip and changed your password. I will PM your password one more time and when you change it at your cpanel, do not use uppercase or special characters.
There's a possibility that this poster could be someone who doesn't actually own the account.
How did you ban the IP?
EDIT: Actually, both poster and registration IPs trace back to around the same place in India. 59.96.139.162 is somewhere else, but still in India.

Im Newbie in web designing and heliohost. -_-
i've registered in here few days ago, but after uploading any kind of cms via Softaculous, i get "HelioHost Account Queued" in the domain or my subdomains that cms is installed on them. :wacko: :wacko:
what should i do?
is there anything wrong with the way im doing it? or ...

That CPanel URL is invalid.
Use http://cpanel.heliohost.org/
Your logins to cpanel aren't recorded from that URL.
I know this isn't fair, maybe we need to make that more clear that you shoudn't log into CPanel from there.
For future reference:
Always go here if you get an inactivity email, even if your site remains up.
Orly? I use /cpanel and I haven't faced that issue.

OK. I have tried to signup for the above said account almost since last Saturday January 29 with no luck as I keep getting the below error message. Can you please let me know what is happening here why i could not signup every day.

I've just looked further into Askeet. It looks great and easy, except...
- The rounded corners don't show properly.
- Not sure how we should copy from the SVN repository?
