  1. This thread was a request to add domain mwenendo and set up email DNS for it, so asking for SSL Certificate support for a different domain adds unnecessary complexity for the volunteer staff to troubleshoot issues, and risks messages being missed. Please try the steps here for SSL issues: https://wiki.helionet.org/SSL_Certificate_Problems and if you still have trouble, please create a new support request thread for SSL help with the other yourcompanysolutions domain.
  2. I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS. We recently added another domain to your account for you, so just in case you weren't sure, if you had both domains ready to be added at the same time, you did not need to make 2 separate request for them, we don't mind doing multiple domain changes from a single post. ? To configure your DNS, you can either: 1) Set NS records pointed to the HelioHost nameservers: `ns1.heliohost.org` and `ns2.heliohost.org`, or 2) Manually create DNS records: a) Add an A record (IPv4) pointing to your server's IPv4 address b) Add an AAAA record (IPv6) pointing to your server's IPv6 address To find the correct IPs, please go to: Login > Plesk > Websites & Domains > [domain name] > and check at the bottom of the page. If after a full 2 hours your new domain doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache I'll escalate this thread for the attention of our root admins who can set up the DKIM, SPM and DMARC records for this new domain.
  3. You can donate via PayPal, credit or debit card, or crypto here: https://heliohost.org/donate/ Please make sure to provide the Transaction ID of the donation. The account increase is not yet automated, so the donation will be manually confirmed and then your account storage will be increased. (Usually this will not take more than a day, our volunteer staff try to action requests as soon as they have free time.) We have a Wiki page with a longer explanation and some more details on different donation options here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Donations_for_Increased_Storage

    Help

To get more detailed error reporting, please change the environment to 'development' as suggested in the error message, using the steps provided in our Wiki here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Could_Not_Spawn_Process#Troubleshooting_Node_/_Passenger_Issues After checking the more detailed error report, if you're still not sure where the problem is, please share the error message details and we can try to assist you further.
  6. I've added those domains to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the changes to take effect. If after a full 2 hours your new domains don't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  7. Hello! We offer the Softaculous 1-click installer which offers quick and easy installation of over 450 different software packages, including WordPress, Grav, Drupal, phpBB, and many more. You can read a little more about Softaculous on our Wiki here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Softaculous I hope this helps but please let us know if you have any other questions.
  8. I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect. Since you've already set up your DNS, if after a full 2 hours the new domain doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  9. Since you've already pointed your A record with UK2 to the IP address for your server, the only step needed is for an admin to add the domain to your account for you. Please let us know the full domain you want added, and we can make the changes for you. Once we've added the custom domain, you will see another folder inside Plesk, parallel to your existing httpdocs folder (which is for your current main domain), with the same name as your .org domain. Then, the files for your hconsult.helioho.st website would still go into httpdocs, and the files for the domain you got from UK2 would go into the .org folder. If you would prefer to have your custom domain as your new main domain, and get rid of hconsult.helioho.st, you could do that if you prefer. You can have up to 10 domains/subdomains on your account so just adding the custom one for you is no problem at all if you want to use both the helioho.st one and the .org one. You can read more details on adding custom subdomains on our Wiki here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Subdomains
  10. I've reset your account as requested. You should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. I made a backup before the reset, so if you discover you need any of your old files, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups Please let us know if we can help with anything else.
  11. This support request is being escalated to our root admins.

  14. Hello! HelioHost does not limit the amount of visitors to your site, so in essence this is "unlimited bandwidth", and you can read more about it here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Unlimited_Bandwidth The resources that are measured and limited are memory and CPU usage, and you can read more about the limits here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Suspension_Policy#Account_Load_Limits For users who need more memory or CPU usage than offered on the free Johnny account or the donor Tommy accounts, we offer a scaling server called Morty (that you can read more about here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Morty). We also offer a range of VPS plans offering even more memory and CPU, with a 10% discount if you pay for 6 months up front, you can see the plan details here: https://heliohost.org/vps/ I hope this helps but please let us know if you have any further questions.

  18. When requesting that a domain be added to your account, please make sure you give us the entire domain you want, including the .TLD (.com, .net, .helioho.st, heliohost.us, etc.) at the end. Since you already have a domain ending with "helioho.st" on your account, I took a guess that you would want this new domain to also end with "helioho.st", so I've added that to your account. If this is not what you intended, please let us know. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your new domain to fully work. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  19. I've reset your account as requested. You should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. I made a backup before the reset, so if you have any issue with the backup you made yourself, you can download the backup I made here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, we have some steps to follow on the Account Backups Wiki page I posted earlier.
  20. Oh, sorry I thought you wanted the domain gone completely, not just the files for the domain. To wipe a domain folder back to the default fresh settings, we'd need to do an account reset. However the reset would be applied to your entire account, including your other addon domains, which would be removed during the reset, and we'd need to re-add them for you once you recreate your account. It's no problem for us to do this for you, but I just want to make sure you understand what's involved with a reset before we get that started for you.
  21. That domain is your main domain, so we'd need to know what domain you want as your new main domain to make the change. You can either choose an entirely new main domain or one of your existing ones. Please let us know what you want as your new main domain and we can get that done for you. You can read more about what happens when main domains are changed here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Changing_Your_Main_Domain If you choose one of your existing domains to be your new main domain, we'd need to remove it as an addon domain (which will delete its Plesk folder and all the files inside it), and then you would need to recreate the site once it becomes your new main domain. Because there's the risk of data loss, we recommend you make an account backup before we make the above changes for you. If you're not sure how to backup your account, please follow the steps here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups

  24. Yes, toggling the 'Application Mode' between 'production' to 'development' requires an Apache restart for the new setting to take effect, and Apache restarts every 2 hours. We'll add this detail about the timeframe to the Wiki page, so it's a bit more clear. (We mention the timeframe to wait in the Ruby on Rails page, so it'll be quick enough to put it in the Node pages, too.) We recommend keeping this setting in 'development' mode until your application has been successfully deployed without any issues/errors.
  25. In the meantime, could you please change the environment to 'development' using the steps provided on our Wiki here and let us know what the error message says after you've done that? The error message should offer more details about what's happening after you've switched to dev mode.
