  3. at about 22:22:15 2017 05-02 UTC I 'see' your account's domain [ tamvan.men ] is on server Johnny (i.e. IP address 64.62.211.131 and namesers are set to HelioHost) from a Whois... Updated Date: 2017-05-02T07:46:25Z Creation Date: 2017-05-02T06:15:22Z ### - new accounts OR new domains OR you made a change to the DNS records - on server Johnny - can take up to 24 (or more) hours for the queued page to go away after 24 hours try - clearing your browser's cache and history - close browser - reopen browser - then check your site again ###
  4. IF your account was suspended for [ System Resources ] AND/OR [ Terms of Service ] - Admins will need to unsuspend your account - if that can be done you should try the [ Renew Account ] on the [ Account Suspended ] page IF your account was suspended for inactivity - because you did not logged into your account for more than 30 days at [ https://heliohost.org/ ] you can reactivate your account at [ https://www.heliohost.org/renew/ ] to prevent this from happening - you must login to your account at [ https://heliohost.org/ ] - with no more than 30 days after your last login if you have any issues post them here so the Admins can look into it If you are still seeing the "Account Suspended" page - after reactivating your account - clear your browser's cache and history - close browser - reopen browser - then check your site again
  5. - what I think as a user - after I enter my user name and password (i.e login) - I must logout I have no way to know if the status of my account at your site - is me being logged in or out yes - I think you should add a log-out button ###
  6. after I log-in at this page [ https://heliohost.org/ ] - how do I log-out at this page --> [ https://www.heliohost.org/login/ ] ? ###

  8. - your account was suspended for inactivity - because you did not logged into your account for more than 30 days at [ https://heliohost.org/ ] to prevent this from happening - you must login to your account at [ https://heliohost.org/ ] - with no more than 30 days after your last login If you are still seeing the "Account Suspended" page - after reactivating your account - clear your browser's cache and history - close browser - reopen browser - then check your site again ### - - you renewed (i.e. unsuspended) your account - that says you were not outside of the TOS - else the Admins would need to unsuspended you account (if they would) ###
  9. the key word here is "reasonable" limits - I did not say anything about the amount or size of those limits - while you account has unlimited addon domains - how many of them could you use when each of them has a Web site made with a CMS such as WordPress ( BTW I am a bigoted and opinionated hater of WordPress ) while your account has a disk space limit of 500 MiB - my point is - with that disk space limit - would a limit of 4 addon domains - that would allow 5 Web sites with your account - be unreasonable ? ###
  10. while this thread is about which PHP versions for the new server Ricky here is my opinion of some of controls it should have ### my vote for Ricky is LAMP (i.e. Linux Apache MySQL PHP) with one account per household or individual limit of inodes limit of disk space limit of databases limit of domains limit of Email accounts limit of bandwidth Limit of Cron jobs per time of X no remote MySQL (in or out) no SSH access cPanel's MultiPHP Manager (versions 5.4 thru 7.1) user must login to account with no more than X days from last login or account will be suspended the user can remove that suspension up to X days anytime after that - the 'system' will delete the account (with its files and databases) with no backup backups are the sole responsibility of the user ###
  11. I assume by "mapped" that is to say you set DNS records at your domain's registrar ### you did that when you 'parked' it at your domain's registrar - which is GoDaddy.com and your domain now has the DNS [A] record (i.e. IP address) [ 184.168.221.42 ] with DNS [NS] records of [ ns13.domaincontrol.com (216.69.185.7) ] and [ ns14.domaincontrol.com (208.109.255.7) ] see --> [ https://myip.ms/info/whois/184.168.221.42/k/332922658/website/worldtosky.com ] ### IF they own the domain (i.e. not a HelioHost sub-domain) - not until they change the DNS records at their domain's registrar ### about 24 hours - but can be less ###
  12. at cPanel's ( paper_lantern theme ) home page --> [ SOFTWARE ] --> [ MultiPHP Manager ] --> select the domain(s) to set it on - then select (pull down) the version to set - then click on [ Apply ] - with my free-hosting account on server [ Tommy ] it is up to version 7.1
  13. tolong jangan suspend akun saya ==> Please do not suspend my account
  14. IMO - with your attitude you do not need my help
  15. you can not use a subdomain of [ heliohost.org ] (e.g. myaccount.heliohost.org) - you need to use you own domain on cPanel --> SOFTWARE --> CloudFlare page there is a pull-down list next to the CloudFlare icon - near the top of the page - of the domains on you account at HelioHost
  16. after you setup your database in cPanel --> [ MySQL Database Wizard ] in cPanel's --> [ Remote MySQL ] enter your ISP's IP address and you can add other IP address' OR If you want any IP in the world - to connect to the database then put a [ % ] there instead of any IP - this is a large security risk
  17. new accounts on server Johnny - can take up to 24 (or more) hours for the queued page to go away ### and which CDN are trying to set up ? ###
  18. new accounts on server Johnny - can take up to 24 (or more) hours for the queued page to go away after 24 hours try - clearing your browser's cache and history - close browser - reopen browser - then check your site again

  21. looks like the server is using the connectiog IP when looking at the [ .htaccess ] - which is good and logs that IP - which is good I can now pass or block my IP by way of the [ .htaccess ] file - which is good I can no longer test if the hit is from a 'real' Cloudflare IP (that was in $_SERVER["REMOTE_ADDR"] ) - that is bad but not a show stopper ### your IP may or may not be blocked at [ http://bobdistler.com ] - ether way you should see "https" when it loads ###
  22. works for me on server Tommy $_SERVER["HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP"] - is copied into - $_SERVER["REMOTE_ADDR"] - which is good ### now the issue is - is this done before or after the server looks at the [ .htaccess file ] (e.g.for "RewriteCond" and "order deny, allow") for site access control ### thanks
  23. you should be able to test them now ### you called that one right - most of the time that is the first thing I check when I have a issue like this - but I think the issue of a script can run a script but I can not - made me overlook permissions ###
  24. the issue I have with that is - that right hand number is changing... MySQL® Disk Usage 428.74 MB / 931.46 MB ( 46% ) ### MySQL® Disk Usage 428.74 MB / 933.57 MB ( 46% ) ### MySQL® Disk Usage 428.74 MB / 930.65 MB ( 46% ) ### 428.74 + 933.57 = 1362.31 ### I have seen a low of 552.55 and a high of 933.57 ### the issue for me is the 428.74 MB the true amount that I have used of the 1000 MB quota ? ###
  25. as I try any new PHP script - I receive "Internal Server Error" this URL has no error (has been on the server for days) --> [ http://lillianday.com/index.php ] this URL throws a 500 error (script just uploaded today) --> [ http://lillianday.com/thething.php ] this URL throws a 500 error (has been on the server for days) --> [ http://lillianday.com/hits_counter.php ] BUT URL [ http://lillianday.com/index.php ] calls that script [ hits_counter.php ] with no errors ### any PHP script that I upload today throws a 500 error ModSecurity is off in cPanel I did a test with files [ .htaccess ] rename as [ .htaccess.bu ] - received same 500 error made the script [ thething.php ] by hand (i.e. no cut and paste) here on my desktop - uploaded with FileZilla - received same 500 error made the script [ thething.php ] by hand (i.e. no cut and paste) in cPanel's File Manager - received same 500 error downloaded the script [ thething.php ] made in cPanel's File Manager using cPanel's File Manager [ Download ] - did a compare (i.e. using KDiff3) with the file I made on my desktop - they are binary equal this is the code of the script [ thething.php ] <?php print "Hello"; ?> ###
