  1. Glad your problem got solved! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  2. You can only have 1 account on each server. But what you could do is make an add-on domain. This is 2nd site that is hosted from the same account. You do need an domain available for an add-on domain. Here is a list where you can get free domains. Make sure you point the Name Servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
  3. What do you mean? Do you mean you can't access the cPanel of your domain? Or your site?
  4. Maybe this could help. A friend told me this trick for setting up an home web-server. http://dyn.com/dns/dyndns-free/ This service allows you to create a host name that points to the IP address you give up. You will get a URL that you can remember. And when surf to that URL, it will take you to the (dynamic) IP address.
  5. For cPanel there are no parked/add on/sub-domains. But they are still configured on the servers. And if you try to re-install them, you will get an error, since they are already configured. We are trying to find a solution for this problem. Sorry for the inconvenience...
  6. Every one on Stevie is affected by this problem, including me. Although you don't see them in cPanel, they are still configured and working.
  7. You need to first allow your computer to connect with the MySQL on this server. For this you need to add your IP in the Remote MySQL section if cPanel. Then you need to fill these settings in your MC server. Host: stevie.heliohost.org Port: 3306 (I think)
  8. About the stats, they are disabled in cPanel due to the load they cause. If you wish to collect stats, you can use software like Piwik (can be found in Softcalculus in cPanel) or getClicky.
  9. I see that your site is active. If you still see the queue page, please clear your cache.
  10. It seems that the domain is already configured to a different host. http://network-tools.com/default.asp?prog=...urieneill.co.uk If you wish to use your domain with heliohost, you need to change the Name Servers (currently: ns1.livedns.co.uk ns2.livedns.co.uk ns3.livedns.co.uk) to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Once the name servers are changed, you should be able to add them in cPanel.
  11. @Nplum: We are aware of this problem and we are trying to fix it. Please see this post for more information.

  14. I see in the database that your domain is wrong. The domain linked to your domain is "bpparks3665". You will need to wait for an admin to fix this. I do not know I can just manually change the domain to a heliohost.com domain. EDIT: The domain is corrected: bpparks3665.heliohost.org
  15. Depending on what you wish to do. To what and to where do you want the FileOutputStream to write? Or maybe you give use the code, and we could fix the error.
  16. I see you try to use an FileOutputStream. I don't have any experience with Java on Server side, but my guess is that you have filled a wrong directory in. Maybe you could use "./" followed by the filename you want to write to. Then you will write in the same folder as your .java file is in.
  17. Java seems to work. However, the reason your code doesn't work it because of the following error: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/local/jakarta/apache-tomcat-5.5.33/work/Catalina/abilondias.heliohost.org/_/org/apache/jsp/index_jsp.java (No such file or directory) You seems to be missing the index_jsp.java file, or the directory to it is wrong.
  18. My fav browser is Chrome. No other browser can match it's speed or loading times. Although the latest version of FireFox is almost the same as Chrome. And I only use IE when I'm desperate...
  19. The signup limit is reset every midnight (PST time, GTM-7). After that you should be able sign up. Of course, the longer you wait, the less change you have to be under the limit.
  20. It seems that cPanel doesn't show the add-on/parked and sub domains. Can any admin please take a look in this?
  21. Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache. http://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_your_cache -- Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  22. The only possible way to move from server is by deleting the current account and creating a new one on the other server. HelioHost can not move your data to the other server. All the information about moving your account can be found on this wiki page.

  24. That is correct. There was an problem with the script, causing Stevie to backlogged. See this post for more information Every thing should now be running fine, and the date shouldn't be postponed. If you still have problems, feel free to post it here and we'll look into it!
  25. You will need to pay $12 (annual) to admin@heliohost.org (<=not 100% about this)using PayPall. And post it when you have paid. Then we will escalate the post so djbob can give you an dedicated IP.
