Ok. But I have a dynamic IP. I tried using no-ip, but it for some reason doesn't work. Do you have any idea how to make noip work, both for people trying to connect to my server (ofc you cannot know that); more importantly how to set no-ip to work with remote mysql? Cheers!

Hi! I have created a database and linked an account to it. I set the host name to localhost. However I keep getting an error. Could not connect to the database.
