That shouldn't happen. When an account is suspended the account is locked so you can't log in. We don't delete or change anything on the account.

They are currently working on it. We need to wait until they have found the problem and fixed it.

We are aware of the problem and trying to fix this. It should be fixed as soon as cPanel responds.

Problem seems to be the process limit. That's what I think causing the 500-error.

Sorry for the late responds, didn't saw the post. I don't use Simple Portal, I use Dream portal. Didn't have any problems installing it. If you do have problems, feel free to PM me about it.

If you want to play say, you can add the .tk domain as add-on domain I'm using .tk to, and I don't have any problems (yet).

No they don't. You just need to have a certain amount of traffic every (3?) month. You can find the details on http://www.dot.tk/en/index.html

It's just .heliohost. But why don't you try a .tk domain? It's the same as co.cc, but it isn't blocked by google or AV.

You can use that script to get a .heliohost domain. Just type in *your_domain*.heliohost.org, but don't add www and replace *your_domain*.

Don't log in for 30 days and your account will automatically be deleted.

It seems that your account has been deleted from our databases. So your account and the files are deleted. You can create a new account and set up your website again, but there is no way to retrieve your lost data.

That is first time I've heard that an Ad automatically downloads malware. Maybe you can install an ad-blocking plug-in and configure the filters so they only allow ad's you trust.

You can always the content in your public_html folder, so you have a clean website. And manually drop the databases using the MySQL command.
