  4. I see that you have hosted your domain on orderbox-dns.com I don't think it is possible to have a subdomain on HelioHost when your main domain is on that host. If you want your site to be hosted here, you need to change your NameServers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org When you have changed the Name Server Records, then you can create the sub domain in cPanel.

  6. We are aware of the issue, however, we can't do anything about. We need to wait on djbob to fix this. This problem has been escalated.

    The 500 error could be caused if you hit the 7 process-limit.
  10. This forum is only for incorrectly queued accounts. Since you just created your account recently, it is still beeing created and therefor still in a correct queued status. You can check the status of your account using this tool.

  20. Your domain seemed to be used for phishing. And therefor, suspended.
  21. This is strange. In the database your account is active, but the domain shows Suspended. And a manual unsuspend doesn't seem to work. Can an admin take a look in this?
