Hi, My heliohost username is champa. My account was on Stevie. My heliohost domain was http://champakulampalli.heliohost.org/ Due to some issues, I didnt login to my accounts for a long time. Then my account got suspended. And I cannot renew my account too. When I try to renew with my username, I get the below error: We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error. Can you please help my get back my site? In case if it is not possible, can I at least get my contents? Hi, I had created my account in heliohost a few days back. I can access the website, use control panel, add / update files etc. But I'm unable to create a MySQL database. Whatever name I try to give for the database, it gives an error saying "There was a problem creating the database." "That database name already exists.". Actually, there is no database. The control panel shows that "There are no databases associated with your account". Can somebody please assist me in this? My site is: http://champakulampalli.heliohost.org/ and my username is champa. It is on stevie. Thanks, Benny
