  1. You can use this script to change your domain. Just type doentes.heliohost.org in, without the www.
  2. Maybe you can try to change the NS-records on the domain, and wait 24h and then point them back to Heliohost.
  3. We are aware of this problem and we trying to fix this. However, we need to contact cPanel for this problem, so it might take some time.

    E-Mail Question

I believe the mail.[domain] is reserved by the servers/cPanel/... . You could try to make a mail sub-domain and point it to webmail.[domain].
  5. I can't find your account in the database. When was the last you logged in?

    E-Mail Question

I guess you mean this: mail.r0aringdrag0n.heliohost.org/ ? It shows a queued page on all the accounts. You need to go to webmail.r0aringdrag0n.heliohost.org/ if you want access to your e-mail.
  7. As far as I know, cPanel doesn't support Ruby on Rails 3. But we did upgrade to version 3.
  8. You're account was suspended because you were sending to many e-mails.
  9. All the admins are from the US (except JJE, he's from the UK). So please note the time difference. They will take a look into the problem as soon as they can.
  10. Your account has been suspended because a file is causing to much load on the server. The file in question is: /home1/amini/public_html/s.4tools.co.cc/lch/rl2/index.php We can un-suspend your account if you fix or remove that file.
  11. Here is a easy tutorial on how to install Wordpress on a localmachine: http://webdesignerwa...rdpress-locally And this for moving to a new server: http://codex.wordpre...to_a_New_Server With these instructions you should be able to do the trick. It might be a bit difficult for you, but if you follow the instructions, you should be fine. If you still have questions, feel free to ask them! This is why we are here.
  12. Glad your problem got solved! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  13. What is your username? I can't find any account linked to your HelioNet forum account.
  14. @mhea: the domain seems to be added. There is a pood folder in your public_html, and the domain shows a queued page. You do need to wait 24h before the add-on domain becomes active and you can use it.
  15. Bad rating: http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/freepremiumdomain.com
  16. Maybe you can install it manually. Install it on a localhost and create the same databases here and upload the files created on the localhost.

  19. When you log in at dot.tk you need to look for the option "Modify a domain" (can be different, had to translate into English) (under My Domain). There you select the domain you want to change. Now you have to select "use custom DNS service" in the drop box and click on configure. Then you need to fill in 2 fields, just type what is shown on the image to point to heliohost: http://imageshack.us...9/62186129.png/ Then you need to click on on "next" to save the settings (?).

    Always Online

I would suggest CloudFlare if you don't change images (=static content) on your site often. But if are planning on changing images, you can put CloudFlare in dev mode. Then the images aren't cached and come from the server.
  21. Your account was suspended for abusing the email server.
  22. Everything can and will be hacked one day. Windows is the most under attack cause it's (was) the most used OS, so hackers focused on Windows. Now Mac and Linux are growing in users, hackers are starting to focus on them too. And they will find bugs to exploit...

    Always Online

FreeDNS isn't a service to keep your site online, unlike CloudFlare. FreeDNS provides a url that points to an IP-adress you give up. If the server goes down of the host, then your site will be offline.
  24. What is the domain you try to add? Are the NS-records pointing to the Heliohost servers?
