HelioHost main domain: jeffreyseifert.heliohost.org I figured out that my account had been deleted and that I needed create a new one. I signed up again on Johnny, but my main page still shows the account queued page and I can't still log in cpanel (user account not found in database). This is the second time I asked for a new account to be created. When I first checked the queue it said fourth in line, and when I checked the queue later, my request was no longer there. But when I try to log into cpanel it says "user account not in database." This appears to be the same problem that user Infatex had, so I am hoping you can fix this for me, like you did his account.
