Hello, I am wondering, if Heliohost started to give paid service. For Example - to increase more than 500 MB web space, how many members are ready to take this paid service? Also my suggestion, if Heliohost start to have paid service they can improve their server to decrease down time. Please reply, so that we can get more great service from heliohost.

Hello, In the home page heliohost said that "Professional-grade web hosting . . ." and "Our feature set beats out most professional web hosts, yet we come without a price tag." This means this is a free professional level hosting. Today for whole day Stevie server is down. So, what is your opinion about this Stevie server? I want reply from ordinary people / customer who are using this heliohost for years, to know their opinion.

Hello, Today I tried to checked my Website - www.halmirtea.com. But it is not opening. In Google Chrome it is said "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.halmiratea.com". In Firefox it is said "The server at www.halmiratea.com is taking too long to respond." Also Cpanel is not opening. My Cpanel and website is hosted on Stevie server. My User id is - sandi565 Please administrator, see what happen to my website and Cpanel.

Are you speaking about the certificate which is in Cpanel, under Security - SSL/TLS Manager? And is this free from Heliohost?

Hello, Thank you for your free hosting. Does your free hosting support Http port = 80 and https port = 443? Can you open in sever https port = 443 for my account? Do you take any extra price for https port = 443? Do I need a dedicated IP address for https port = 443 support? If I need dedicated IP, do you take price for it? Actually I want to host a e-commerce website. I have talk to Bank for payment gateway. They will create the payment gateway and also they will give SSL certificate only in payment page. Hello, Currently this is not solve. I have clear cache. Try to log in by different browser. Ask for Password reset - but did not got any email in sandipcd@gmail.com. Also I have checked spam box. Hello, I am new to Heliohost.org. I want to know whether the website and cpanel hosted under heliohost.org has 100% uptime or not? I have been previously being in the Byethost.org. But recently byethost has been down / for maintenance their Cpanel for more than a week, without any previous notice. Maintenances required, but they should notice us before, so we can be prepared. Is'n it? So, I want to transfer my hosting to heliohost.org. Regards, Sandip

Hello, I have submitted the signup form for opening the account in heliohost.org in January 16, 2011. But after 48 hours gone I have not received any confirmation email from the Heliohost team. My User name is: sandip My Domain name is: sandip.heliohost.org I have tried to login in the Cpanel, but it is telling that Login attempt failed. And also my website is not opening. Is my account creation is in the queue? Or is it have been deleted? Or is there any other problem? Regards, Sandip
