  1. Firstly never post your password on a public domain. I've edited your post and removed it, though it'd still be good to change your password as this thread as been read my a few others before me. Next, the error simply means that the file "testconexion2.php" has the group write permissions open, which the application doesn't expect. To fix it, go to cPanel File Manager, the directory where the file is, then select the file, click "Change Permissions" and uncheck the instances of "Group".
  2. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  3. Yeah indeed it was for failed IMAP logins again. I've unblocked your IP, but you should quickly disable whatever application is trying to login with wrong credentials unless you're suspended again.
  4. For MySQL Database, the connection parameters are as follows: Host - `yourserver.heliohost.org` (for example, if you are on Johnny, hostname is `johnny.heliohost.org`)Port - 3306 (MySQL default)Other parameters are database name, database user, and a password. Also, remember that if you are trying to connect to the database from any other application other than on the server itself, you need to enable remote connection. To do so, go to Remote MySQL section in cPanel and add a % in Access Hosts. I hope that helps. If you need any other information, let us know.
  5. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I've unsuspended your account but please try to limit the load you put on our servers. Probably WordPress was the cause for you, however, if you need help figuring out what actually spiked and got you suspended, let us know, we might be able to help.
  6. First thing, your username is `abelr007`. Second thing, your account is suspended not archived. That's because the WordPress installation on your account got hacked. An invitation for an alternate account has been sent to the email address in our records.
  7. Escalating this request to our root admins...
  8. That's because registrations on Tommy are limited to enhance performance and stability. Someone else got the slot before you. To skip the queue, you can just donate $1 and get a direct invitation to Tommy.
  9. Which server are you on and which version of PHP are you using?
  10. Hmm your certificate still seems to be issued by Cloudflare. Try removing it through the `Edge Certificates` tab.
  11. That image doesn't seem to show up for me, could you please upload to Imgur and send the link here?
  12. There are two ways to handle Cloudflare. 1) Change Cloudflare SSL Mode to Full (Strict). That'll use the SSL issued by AutoSSL but the domain will still remain behind Cloudflare. 2) Go to SSL/TLS and remove all the existing certificates for your domain. Then go to SSL/TLS Manager and tick all instances of your domain along with it's subdomains, then click `Exclude from AutoSSL`.

  14. Ugh, 1 email per hour. Interesting, I thought that was to be implemented on Johnny. Escalating...

  16. Please don't create multiple support requests.
  17. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I've unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers. If you need additional help in figuring out what caused the high load, let us know, we might be able to help.
  18. Your account was flagged since it seemed suspicious. Could you please tell what are you planning to use your account for?
