Hello, This is in regards to the huge number of complaints I'm getting at Discord, regarding the uptime and performance of Tommy. Over the last few days, there is something that's causing problems on Tommy. Today itself, I've got over 10 reports of issues with Tommy with a huge downtime today, and this has been the scenario since the past few days, and every complaint is worker regarding the performance of Tommy, ie, it being extremely slow to load websites and cPanel, or uptime when Tommy was detected completely gone. Admins could you please take a look? I'm reporting this since this isn't the usual case with Tommy. Moreover, the number of complaints being sent on Discord is not normal, especially in consideration of Tommy server. Regards,

@wolstech He said C.

Were you on Johnny or Tommy? You might have lost your account during the rebuild.
-
It's showing up as "Secure" for me, with a valid Let's Encrypt Certificate, so it's your cache that needs to be cleaned up.
-
Yeah, I know that, I was answering @Seekier. Using two PHP versions doesn't necessarily mean you've two accounts. :-)
-
Its for another software. How many accounts do you have? Because you can't run two php version one account at same timeYes for can, ofc for two separate (sub)domains.

Besides, his server is Johnny.

[Krydos] Alternatives for manually parking domains for users...
Sn1F3rt replied to sagnik's topic in Escalated Requests
As aforesaid, the DNS configuration of eu.org isn't compatible with cPanel unless you use the eu.org subdomain as your main domain. IDK but it should be possible for an Admin to park the eu.org subdomain on top of a pre-existing subdomain from console, but I'm not sure if that requires DNS verification as well. -
[Solved] Root Admin Help - Module Installation needed
Sn1F3rt replied to painless's topic in Escalated Requests
I did write it above, and well pip doesn't work the way you think on Tommy. Since CentOS doesn't have Python 3.7 in the repos, it's built from source and hence the above command. -

@Krydos /usr/local/python3.7/bin/pip3.7 install django-ipware He'd mentioned it's a Django module. -

Just go to the form where you create a new domain, enter the same domain you'd taken earlier and they enter ns2. That's it. -

Go for freedns.afraid.org, you can get us.to uk.to and a lot more free subdomains, just like eu.org @wolstech, won't it be possible to park an eu.org subdomain on top of a subdomain manually? -

While adding the nameservers, just tick `Check for the correctness of : server names` instead of the recommended option. Dunno if that'll resolve it's DNS, but the nameservers will be registered without errors. Actually eu.org is causing issues of late, and wolstech had explained the reason in a previous support request. -
65.19.141.67 is Johnny's IP.

Krydos can install that on Tommy's PHP 7.2 for you.

Yeah they aren't installed on Johnny's python v2.7 => http://krydos2.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/modules27.py Krydos can install them for you.

Which server are you on? If you're on a server which has AutoSSL, go to the SSL Manager and disable AutoSSL on your domain. Then go to the Domains section and remove the present certificates issued to your domain, and it'll work.

No,have you deleted your previous account (not only removed the domain)? If not take a backup, and request a deletion and a Mod will send you an invite.

Krydos can enable this for you. :-)

[Solved] Request for django-summernote on Tommy
Sn1F3rt replied to sjimmie's topic in Customer Service
Well, the latest Python version available on Ricky is 3.6 so you'll have to use that. 3.8 is fairly recent, not even available on Tommy or Johnny.
