Here basically asked how to host his website. So I assumed he wanted to know how to create his website. Nevermind he didn't reply after that, so I assume either he's found what he wanted or gone somewhere else.

What's the fastest CMS for personal blogging?

Probably the email can be released coz the username and the email will be stored in a separate database though which you'll be retrieving your backup. (Anyways Tommy will be formatted) As far as account sign up is concerned if you're a donor you can receive an invite for Ricky.

Yeah wolstech that's what I was saying.... Anything other than the DV issued by AutoSSL causes it to break and assume that the user no longer wants the DV. I have previously tried that on my server. Same results.
-
You needn't do that. AutoSSL takes time to assign a certificate after your domain has been added. It occurs automatically with the next Apache restart on your server. However by installing another SSL certificate you've probably broken AutoSSL and that's the reason. Go ahead and remove the certificate you've installed and then an admin can manually run AutoSSL on your domain for the thing to be fixed.

[Solved] Can I move account to other server while tommy is intact?
Sn1F3rt replied to engorgpk's topic in Escalated Requests
Backups aren't available yet. One they are, an announcement will be made in the 'News' section. The new account that you create will be moved to Tommy when it's back. I amnt quite sure about the email. -
You need to give sometime for the SSL certificate to update. It can take up 12 hours. Also you don't need to manually install SSL certificate on your domain. AutoSSL on Ricky will take care of that.

[Solved] Can I move account to other server while tommy is intact?
Sn1F3rt replied to engorgpk's topic in Escalated Requests
Oh! That's exactly why I mentioned that 'might'. @engorgpk: So you'll have to try your luck at registering an account. Make sure to be quick, coz with Tommy down rush will be even higher. Otherwise you can make a donation (minimum $1) and post your transaction ID to receive a Ricky invite. -

You'll have to make one. No one's gonna make that for you. The signups open up at midnight UTC so you'll have to sign up at that time. Also I amnt quite sure but keeping in mind the present situation you 'might' receive an invite for another server. An administrator can confirm that. -
I am afraid not...Probably you'll have to recreate them. However it is possible to backup your site...I amnt quiet sure of the email accounts.
-
If you did remove your add-on domain then I believe an administrator can manually change it for you through WHM.

[Solved] Can I move account to other server while tommy is intact?
Sn1F3rt replied to engorgpk's topic in Escalated Requests
Yeah.... For the time being your domain can be removed from your Tommy account and you can host it on a temporary account on Johnny or Ricky. After Tommy is back your temporary account can be moved back to Tommy. -
You may get an invite for a new account considering the present situation. However the decision rests with the admins...lets see what do they have to say on this.
-
You can have your account normally, as it is, if you don't want o get another one now. However, you might be losing out on visitors if you do run a production site, otherwise if you experiment its all right for you. Yeah everything's gonna remain the same.
-
That's because the backups aren't available yet. One they are, an announcement will be made in the 'News' subforum and then you'll be able to download your backup.
-
Probably it should be fixed by September, provided other problems don't turn up. Let's hope for the best!
-
1. Yes you can make a temporary account on Johnny or Ricky and get your site hosted. 2. Your account will function normally in case you wait. (In case you would like your domain to be detached from Tommy for the time being, when Tommy's back you'll need to upload the backups once more).
-
Tommy is a virtual server on the physical server Eddie. When referring to Tommy's harddisk it basically means one of the hard disk of Eddie. Nothing can be determined as of now but yeah, I too wish HelioHost best of luck in their endeavor.
-
FYI Krydos is presently backing up all the accounts on Tommy. One it's done, an attempt will be made to boot Tommy. If he responds well and good. Otherwise a backup of your account will be made available which you will be able to host on a temporary account on another server. The admins have a scheduled data center visit later this month during which the hard disk of Tommy shall be replaced and we'll have him back again. After that your site will be hosted normally without any issues. @flazepe: Didn't know you've already posted... Coz I was typing then.
-
Backups will soon be available. After downloading that you can install your backup on a temporary account created on another server till Tommy is up again. After Tommy's back you will be able to host your site there with absolutely no issues.
-
Yeah that's why I said you'd have to wait. They aren't available as of now. Once they are, an announcement will be made in the 'News' section with instructions on how to download your backup.

He's pointed his nameservers to HelioHost as the A record is correctly defined. However his site: alakar.ga is still redirecting to the inactive account page although he's renewed it. I thought it's an Apache restart issue but seems it isn't. An administrator kindly check the same.
-
As soon as Krydos is done with backing up all accounts on Tommy, a trial reboot will be done. However if that doesn't work then Tommy's hard disk will be replaced later this month after which done configurations will have to be done. So we can expect it to be back up by September.
-
Your account isn't suspended or removed. After the recent Eddie reboot Tommy server had crashed due to a hard drive failure. The admins are trying their best to have it fixed but if it's not possible to get it up without replacement of the HD, you will be given a backup of your data which you'll be able to install on a temporary account on Ricky thereafter. See this: https://www.helionet...me/#entry161310 for details.
