  3. Domain added.
  4. Your account was suspended for causing high server load (10397 CPU). I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. You can find your load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic, you might want to consider purchasing a VPS instead. VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access.
  5. Added. Please make sure you update your nameservers to: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org

  8. Hello. Looks like the reason was: Causing High Load. 10036 CPU 30.77 Memory. WordPress is really unoptimized so it causes a bunch of load (CPU usage) even when you first set it up. I've personally seen it myself when I set it up on my website just to illustrate using Softaculous Remote apps working. Accessing the site alone without any plugins or themes would make my load shoot through the roof. I would recommend literally any other (I use Publii) blogging software or CMS software. You can check your load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load I've unsuspended you, please fix your load quickly.

  23. Hello. Your site was suspended for two reasons: High load and suspected null software. https://www.phptravels.com/pricing shows it starts at $50. Do you have a license? Our terms specifically state you cannot have any illegal content on our hosting. However, if you have bought a license for this software, please look into our VPS plans, they only start at $4/m and you cannot be suspended for high load since its contained to your own container. We would be happy to unsuspend you and help you get set up on a VPS, if this is the case.
  24. Tommy or Johnny? In the meantime, this support request is being escalated to our root admins.
