If you cant see the load bar, then its safe to assume you got suspended for spike load, not sustained load. The graph usually shows sustained load. The best information I can give is stay away from WordPress. I do not know of you where using it but it seems like you aren't now (I see a smiley face when I vist your url. Cute. XD) but just as a precaution since normally people get suspended for WP alot.

I personally assumed it was FTP because that seemdes like the most practical reason but upon realizing that we we're being ddosed i knew unblocking people would have been fruitless, at least until the server calmed down.

Ive unblocked this person several times today. Ive explained, via discord, that it was due to a ddos. Not sure what else there is to do. If the OP has any ideas, now would be the time.

Tommy is our flagship server. The best we have. Load is very low compared to Johnny. Johnny will constantly go down due to it being a test server and people using things like WordPress and custom, unstable code. My take is of its so bad that the drama is being brought here, its best to keep it suspended. If this becomes the case, I'm sure the root admins would be more than willing to unsuspend you while you take a backup so you can host it elsewhere.
