Me, Wolstech and probably a few other admins would love to get rid of WP if it meant an end to its exsistance on our servers, but sadly people could still just upload the files. So we can't really stop people from uploading it. We don't want to restrict people from using software either unless it goes against TOS. What if someone finds a way to optimize WP in such a way that it doesn't cause high load? What if they find out here? That would be amazing in terms of WP and we could recommend it again. But right now, as it stands, WP is THE WORST software to host here. Hands down. All in all, suspension isnt a bad thing if you watch your load and actively try to optimize your software/code.

I just found it was on GitHub myself. You can search DNS Lookup on google and type in your domain to figure out where its at. Edit: you can also lock it yourself if you wish

Are you asking to unarchive an account or retrieve a backup made during server upgrades? You can make a backup on your own in cpanel, delete your own account and signup again if you wish. Just to be clear though, you can only have one account at a time. Any duplicates will be suspended.

It can be hacked easily by theme/plugin devs and it causes a lot of load, for no reason at all.

Contact forms can be created on Google Forms. You may want to start here. WordPress is highly discouraged because it doesn't work well here. Picking a different software will help. WordPress causes alot of suspensions and because of that reason alone, its frowned upon. I suggest you find a ligher CMS. Personally I use Bludit, but ive used Joomla and its nice too, maybe a tad overwhelming, but once you get the hang of it, youre fine. In any event, I saw youre on tommy, so thats a plus for optimization. I'm gonna throw this over to root admins to see if they have any other suggestions.

Hahaha. No, it dosnt. This is surprisingly normal, for the server Johnny anyway. Everyone is on Johnny. Its a test server for people who want to test their code, WP install or other unstable thing before deployment. With this being said, the server cant handle all the people and all the resource hungry code, so it crashes. Over and over. Ricky and Tommy are production servers. This type of thing dosnt happen AS OFTEN on these servers as on johnny. Tommy is better than Ricky, which is better than Johnny. You can refer to my above reposnses, as they relate to Ricky and Tommy.
