I have said it there and will say it here: You will not be unbanned. We have asked you over and over to talk in the correct channels, stop bringing drama and to stop spamming. You failed to listen and stop doing any of those things, so unfortunately, your ban is permanent. As a side note, using the bot to cause drama, spam or talking in the wrong channels can cause your hosting account to be banned if it gets too bad. The bot will be muted for an extended amount of time if this continues as well.

We are actually against using wp for webhosting. We still allow it because what if someone finds a way to optimize it so it wont cause high load? Reasons most admins dislike WordPress: 1. Security flaws up the wazoo. Its incredibly easy to hack and gain control of a WordPress install. Plugins and themes are both culprits. 2. Bulky. All the plugins in the world couldn't make WP a fast, optimized software. Trust me, I've tried alot of things. 3. Breaks easy. Imagine installing a plugin and loosing complete access to your site because its outdated and incompatible. Im sure other admins could add to this list, but those three alone are good enough. I recommend static sites if you know how to code or Joomla if you dont.

Move to tommy and make a donation to get to tommy. This would keep your data and the admins would be able to unarchive it. When you make a donation, post your transaction id and username. If it doesn't matter that much, you can just wait until the maintenance is over and your account will be automatically restored to new Ricky.

This is not correct. You can use https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/ (note the 3, not 7) to log into cPanel, but you need to make sure there's nothing after the slash...if there's something after the / , it won't count for the 30 days.No wonder i didnt know. Such a small detail. XD Now I know.

WHM is not accessable to normal users. You should be logging into: https://heliohost.org/login Logging into cpanel is not counted against the 30 day login period and should be avoided unless heliohost is blocked by your isp.

Amazing! This is sooooo long overdue. Im happy this is happening. Finally. Ricky can join Tommy and Johnny in upgrade heaven. AutoSSL is probably the biggest upgrade besides security updates amd stability, that I know of.

If you cant see the load bar, then its safe to assume you got suspended for spike load, not sustained load. The graph usually shows sustained load. The best information I can give is stay away from WordPress. I do not know of you where using it but it seems like you aren't now (I see a smiley face when I vist your url. Cute. XD) but just as a precaution since normally people get suspended for WP alot.
