    I know. I used Convertio a lot but keep in mind that she's extracting a personal backup. Might as well take precaution. She only needed to install 7-Zip once. She can even download a portable version over at PortableApps. After that, she can use it to extract almost everything without downloading anything. Sorry if I sound triggered.

    Your forum username will be renamed by a root admin and yes, that is indeed your main domain. I suggest creating a new topic in the Customer Service forum regarding your support request.

    1. Tommy is not available for sign ups yet. 2. Your forum username needs to be renamed temporarily so that it doesn't conflict with the system. 3. Your main domain needs to be cleaned up first in order for you to use it upon signing up. Please post your main domain here in order for a root admin to clean it from our system.

    You can post your transaction ID here and a root admin will verify your donation and send you an invite to Ricky. Like BlueyEmperor said, try not to use your old email address since it may cause trouble (I don't know how since all Tommy's accounts were deleted so the system can't detect anything).

    You need to download your backup and sign up for another server. Alternatively, you can wait for Tommy to be fixed (should be at least the first week of September) and get a free Tommy invitation link.
