  5. A root admin has to verify your transaction ID. A Ricky invitation link will be sent to your email shortly afterwards.

  8. Ricky has a high load due to people from Tommy signing in, people importing their backups, etc. EDIT: Above might be the reason why you got error 500 on your site. EDIT 2: Never mind. It was the permissions.

    Your account will be deleted. You can sign up for Ricky/Johnny and restore your backup there. Once Tommy is back up, your account will be moved there.

  16. You can install your backup on Ricky (create a new account if you haven't already). When Tommy is back, your account will be moved and your files will be kept. @sohamb03: Ashoat is the only one that will go there and rebuild Tommy, as far as I know.
