A root admin has to release that domain for you. After that, you can set it as your primary domain at http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain. Please make a new post (or link an old thread that we might have missed).

Actually, it's because vmaraujo.heliohost.org still exists in our DNS cluster. A root admin has to release that domain for you. Your forum username does not need to be renamed.

A root admin has to remove your domain from the DNS cluster before you can use it again. It never showed any error since you set it as your primary domain (when signing up).
