Frostwire is based off of the Limewire code back when it was open sourced. They look almost identical.

Actual GameCube games looked better. PS2 games were just full of CGI movies. Graphics aren't important. Take Nethack for example, an ASCII game from the olden days that's still popular today. Also, you want government control to be free from your life but you want an effective local government to participate in. How's a government going to do all of that without money, control, and laws?
