  1. Hi @mariadumas, Please try to follow the Next.js tutorial (full stack framework for Node.js) on our Wiki. To better help you, we would need to know what it is saying in your error logs when (you can see them on your Plesk panel) you get the 504 HTTP error, but in summary it means the server could not contact another server where it should get resources from.
  2. Hi @TECHNOGG, As per your request, your main domain was changed from technogg106.helioho.st to technogg.live. Since your new domain is using Cloudflare, make sure you follow the instructions on our External DNS Hosting with Cloudflare tutorial to create/update the required DNS records for your domain to work with HelioHost. Please also wait up to 2 hours for your domain do start work. If you have any other requests, questions or issues feel free to contact us anytime.
  3. Hi @nevesvitor, Currently it is not possible to host Java on HelioHost shared servers because that feature was not implemented back yet. It is in our to-do list, but we have no estimated time as to when it will be available again, but when it is available again, we will announce on our forum's News section, on our social network (Facebook, Twitter) and on our main site. However, until then you can always host anything you want (considering it is legal and does not break HelioHost Terms of Service) on a VPS plan (starting at $4 per month), where you have a virtual machine exclusively for your use and with root/admin access, where you control everything from the operational system to any softwares you want to run.
  4. Hi @dcalori, Which version are you installing and which PHP version are you using? Are you setting Concrete CMS to save sessions into files? What happens if you set it to save into DB?
  5. Hi @baymin, Your request is being escalated to our root admins for fulfilling. Please also add the required DNS records at your Cloudflare's dashboard for both domains as explained in our External DNS Hosting with Cloudflare tutorial. Otherwise they will not work.
  6. Hi @franznic, Right now, we do not have yet a proper wipe account system, so I am removing your account from our systems and sending you a new invite to your registered email address so you can create it again as a brand-new account. While creating it, you can also set it up to use your desired domain from the start. Please let us know if you managed to recreate your account and if you have any other requests or issues feel free to contact us anytime.
  7. Hi @eeyore211, As per your request, your main domain was changed from eeyore211.helioho.st to tessellation.net. Make sure you have changed your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org or that you have added the necessary DNS records as exemplified in our External DNS Hosting with Cloudflare tutorial to your DNS hosting. Please wait up to 2 hours until your new domain start working. If you have any other requests or issues feel free to contact us anytime.
  8. Hi @mrxdwolf, As per your request, your main domain was changed from xdwolf.heliohost.us to niraj-stha.com.np. Please wait up to 2 hours until your new domain start working. If you have any other requests or issues feel free to contact us anytime.
  9. Hi @allu62, Probably it has something to do with your outdated HestiaCP. A bug or something broke due to it not being updated. But you are right, usually it does update the panel certificate automatically. As a palliative resolution, please try to run this command in your VPS terminal/bash: sudo /usr/local/hestia/bin/v-add-letsencrypt-host You should do something, as outdated and unworking software can be a security breach for your system and/or your sites hosted within it. You can find issues/problems if it stops renewing your hosted sites certificates, as that renew is linked/automated by your HestiaCP. Now, as I could see it, HestiaCP seems like overly complex/difficult to your needs. I really would recommend you to change to another webhost control panel, if possible, e.g., KeyHelp (free yet professional/commercial webhost control panel, thus being a lot more stable), which I can vouch for since I migrated my own VPS from HestiaCP to it.
  10. Hi @Mynor, Yes, HelioHost supports Java and MySQL on its VPS plans. While Java support is not currently available on our free shared hosting servers, we do provide low-cost VPS plans starting at $4.00/month for {1 GB RAM | 2 CPUs | 50 GB disk space}. With a VPS plan, you will have full root/admin access and can install webservers from scratch, use hosting panels, install databases, and customize your environment to your needs. Regarding support on HelioHost free shared hosting, MySQL is supported through MariaDB, an opensource fork fully compatible with it, and as for Java we are working on implementing it again, but we do not have a specific timeline at this point. We will make an announcement on our News section and social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook) when it becomes available. If you have any further questions or need any kind of assistance, please let us know. PS.: I have moved your topic to our Questions section as your questions were about HelioHost services. Our How You Can Help section is destined for suggesting ideas and also learn how to help HelioHost keep going on with its mission of providing free hosting for those who cannot afford to pay for it.
  11. Hi @hebene. Please provide your database name and the database username that will be allowed to remote access. I'm escalating your support request to our root admins for fulfilling, but until you answer with that information, they will be unable to go any further.

  14. I am glad to know it worked. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
  15. We do have a tutorial about Discord bots, but it was written when we still used cPanel, so it may need to be adapted. Anyway, here it goes: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/discord-bot Since I'm not a Python programmer, I am unable to help much further than that. EDIT: @rsa16, I talked with our staff about your case, and one of our root admins recommend that you use that code to solve your error: import certifi os.environ["SSL_CERT_FILE"] = certifi.where()

  17. Hi @milano, I used the following directives in my PyInfo scripts and they are running just fine both on Tommy and Johnny: Options +ExecCGI AddHandler cgi-script .py DirectoryIndex index.py Could you please test again and let us know if you managed to run your Perl script(s)?
  18. Hi @rsa16, I am glad you managed to run it. Please also note you can run it outside of the cgi-bin directory if you want it. And since it is a script to show installed modules, you could also be interested in checking that: https://helionet.org/index/topic/55077-python-info-on-heliohost-servers/

  21. Hi @jinxuanowyong, Regarding your main domain change and subdomain creation, I'm escalating your support request to our root admins so they can fulfill it. As for your question about how to get Lilly server access, our root admin @wolstech can setup a Lilly account for you through this support request as well.
  22. Hi @hunter93, As per your request, your Johnny's hosting account with the username hunter93 was deleted on Feb 16, 2023. Thanks for using our services and we hope to see you soon.
  23. Hi @animecaf, As for your question about next.js, it is possible. We have a tutorial in our wiki that you can access here: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/node.js/next.js About your subdomain request, I'm escalating your support request to our root admins.
  24. Hi @irajkaufman, What type of database you created? If it is a MariaDB, you can enable remote access by yourself on Plesk panel. If it is a PostgreSQL, in order for our root admins to answer your request it is necessary that you provide us with your database username that will be allowed to remote access that database (irajkaufman_dev). PS.: Since you posted a support request, I'll assume you created a PostgreSQL database and procced to escalate your support request to our root admins, but as I mentioned above, you still need to provide us the database username.
  25. Tommy is closed for free sign-ups right now due to it being considerably full. You can either wait until Tommy free sign-ups are opened again, backup and delete your Johnny account and sign-up for a Tommy one or make a donation of at least $1 to skip the waiting time to get a Tommy account right now. Please note that since account migration is not implemented on Plesk yet you would still need to backup/delete your account either way.
