  1. Changed, you should be all set.
  2. Your account does not appear to be suspended. Please make sure you're logging in through https://heliohost.org/login.
  3. It's a bit hard to tell what your issue is without seeing what your routing for the authentication looks like, but you could check the logs for any errors regarding connecting to the database or rejecting requests with a 401.
  4. Alright, what about if you temporarily rename the .htaccess file to another name, to see if your page will load without it?
  5. If you remove this portion, does that fix your problem?
  6. Hello there. I'll escalate your request to our administrators.
  7. Domain changed, you should be able to see the changes once you've updated your nameservers to HelioHost's.
  8. I'll escalate your request to the administrators.
  9. You should be all set.
  10. Hi there. I'll escalate your request to the administrators. Just to be clear, you're referring to your VPS subscription?
  11. Have you checked Plesk's error logs page? (Websites and Domains > click on the domain name > under the Dev Tools header towards the left side of the page, there's a "Logs" link.) That will tell you what the cause of the error is. You might have a misconfigured .htaccess file.
  12. Hi Tony. I'll escalate your request so Krydos or another VPS admin can help you.
  13. I'll escalate your post so an admin can help you.
  14. Your domain seems to be set to "meraj.gq". I'll escalate your post so that an admin can help you out.
  15. Have you tried checking the error logs to see what the issue might be? In Plesk that's located under Websites & Domains > Dev Tools > Logs. This will list all the requests handled by your site, and any errors associated.
  16. As far as I'm aware, DNS settings such as add-on domains currently need to be edited manually by one of our administrators. I'll escalate your request so they can weigh in.
  17. Did you check your email's spam/junk folder? Should be sent from support@heliohost.org, with the subject "Are you ready for Plesk?".
  18. I've escalated your request so Krydos can help you.
  19. For the future, I'd recommend creating a separate topic instead of replying to a news post. That being said, you might have some luck with using phpMyAdmin to access your database, if you upload it using FTP.
  20. You can follow this tutorial: https://wiki.helionet.org/management/johnny-ssl Essentially, using FileZilla or another FTP program, you can create the necessary files to validate your site's domain, which will give you the certificates you can then upload to your site for Krydos to configure.
  21. This support request is being escalated to our root admins.
  22. Hey there. I've escalated your request so a root administrator will be able to help.
  23. If configured correctly, Ubuntu doesn't need an antivirus. Antivirus software is mostly to protect users from themselves, when they download unknown software or visit strange websites. Neither of those apply to a server.
  24. I'll escalate this for our root admins.
  25. SPF is a text record for your domain that verifies the IP address the email was sent from is allowed to send emails from your domain. Since you're using Google Workspaces, perhaps this explanation might help: Google Help. Essentially, you'll need to create a TXT record like this one: v=spf1 mx a ip4:<your email server's IP> ~all. As for DKIM, that one's a bit more complicated. Unless HestiaCP allows you to create a DKIM key, you'll need to create one yourself, and add it as to your domain's text records accordingly.
