  1. Yes. It sounds like your phpmyadmin password and your cpanel password are no longer synced. To fix that go to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/paper_lantern/passwd/index.html and change your password. Make sure the "Synchronize MySQL password" is checked. But, you won't be able to do that if you can't even log into cPanel... It sounds like your connections is getting blocked somewhere along the line. Are you trying to connect from a different IP than you are posting these messages from? I already checked your post IP in Stevie's firewall and you're not blocked on our end. Try viewing your site through a free proxy if you want. You should see that your site is online like it appears for me. You could perform a trace route to your website to see where along the line your connection gets blocked. Let me know if you need help executing the command or interpreting the results.
  2. Nope, Stevie is fully functional and online. Stevie Mysql has had 100% uptime since the last restart 17 days, 13 hours ago. Are there any error messages when you try to log in to cPanel? http://analogvalues.heliohost.org/ appears to be working fine for me.
  3. I have manually created an account for you on Stevie using that same username, and domain. You password has been emailed to your validated Helionet email address. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
  4. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on The way the system verifies your username/password before deleting your account is by sending the username and password to the server, and asking if they are correct. Since the server is down it can't respond "yes, that is correct", so the default answer is assumed which is no. Yes, I suppose the system could be a little bit more transparent with the error message, but I didn't write it.
  5. There are no backups for the username luigi123.

Can you connect to your site and cpanel now?
  11. It doesn't look like any data was lost. The only thing affected was the database users, not the databases themselves.
  12. Mysql on Stevie is running again. See the latest news post for details.
  13. The databases I restored were from when we fixed the Mysql crashes on Stevie. If the restore didn't fix your issue then it wasn't the fix that broke your site. Just restore the databases yourself from your latest backup if the backup I restored wasn't sufficient.
  14. You should be able to run this command yourself on your account. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
  15. Is it all working now?
  16. Your account has been unsuspended. Make sure you fix the problem immediately.
  17. Who runs the server, and why are they unable to change the ports?
  18. The databases listed should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected databases. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data.
  19. Here's your problem: [23-May-2016 06:13:00] PHP Warning: mysqli::mysqli() [<a href='mysqli.mysqli'>mysqli.mysqli</a>]: (HY000/2003): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'sql312.hostfree.pw' (110) in /home1/mhr2/public_html/system/db.php on line 9 Your script is trying to connect to your old hoster's mysql server, and that's why the script tries for several minutes and then fails. To fix this import your database onto your Heliohost account and update your scripts to use the local database. Let us know if you need help transferring your account fully.
  20. The database eshkatio_transformicecafe should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected database. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords.
