There's really nothing we can do while you're using cloudflare's nameservers. Did the domain work before you started using cloudflare? Have you asked cloudflare for support? The easiest way to use cloudflare is to get your domain working with our nameservers: ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, and once everything is working correctly then have cloudflare copy our working settings. Since I don't have access to cloudflare I can't even tell if that domain is hosted by us, which is kind of the point. tl;dr: Use our nameservers, and we can provide support, or continue using cloudflare's nameservers and ask them for support.

If you'd rather use a free domain you can change your main domain to something like burgertasters.heliohost.org, or you could go to a free domain provider like freenom.com to get a domain like burgertasters.tk. It doesn't really matter what files you upload yet, because until you have a functional domain you're not going to be able to see them.

We always recommend using tommy.heliohost.org as the mysql host for remote mysql.

Only a certain number of people can have java access at once, and there is a queue of people waiting to receive java access. If you're not using it your access is removed so someone who will actually use it can have access. If you need java again just request it and then actually use it when you get access.

Please don't create a fundraiser in your own name as it may confuse potential donors, and people may worry that you're just going to keep the money since you're not affiliated with HelioHost.

When your ip is blocked you can't connect to the server. That includes your website or anything. He wasn't saying it was slow he was saying that it wouldn't load at all.
