Yeah, sorry about that. I was working on the email support script, and a few emails were sent out to the wrong people because of a bug.

There is no account with that email address or that username.

That can happen sometimes if the server load is high while you're trying to log in to roundcube. Since Johnny is an experimental server the load is frequently high. If you want a faster server with less load and less errors we recommend switching to Ricky or Tommy. Which email address is exhibiting this behavior so I can try resetting the roundcube database for you?

The only way to revert your account back to its original state is to delete the account and recreate it. You can delete your account at https://www.heliohost.org/scripts/delete.php and then once the account is deleted let us know and we can send you an invite to create another Ricky account.
