  2. That can happen sometimes if the server load is high while you're trying to log in to roundcube. Since Johnny is an experimental server the load is frequently high. If you want a faster server with less load and less errors we recommend switching to Ricky or Tommy. Which email address is exhibiting this behavior so I can try resetting the roundcube database for you?

  16. The only way to revert your account back to its original state is to delete the account and recreate it. You can delete your account at https://www.heliohost.org/scripts/delete.php and then once the account is deleted let us know and we can send you an invite to create another Ricky account.
  17. 500 errors are fairly common on Johnny because he's an experimental server. This means that the server is only intended for experimenting. If you want a server with better uptime, and less errors we recommend switching to a production server like Ricky or Tommy.
  18. Shell access cannot be enabled on our shared hosting plans because it is a security risk. If you need shell access you'll need to switch to a vps plan. Our nameservers are ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org The problem that registro.br has is they expect our nameservers to be set before they let you use our nameservers, and our nameservers refuse to be set until you prove you own the domain by setting it to use our nameservers. It's a circular dependency, and registro.br is in the wrong. The industry standard, and 99% of registrars in the world do it our way. There are two options to work around this: 1) Contact registro.br support and have them set the nameservers for you. 2) Use the .br domain as your main domain.
