  1. Eh, you seem legitimate enough. Okay, you've been unsuspended... good luck at your new host.
  2. Glad we were able to answer your question.
  3. I was going to respond to this, but then I realized it didn't have enough exclamation marks.
  4. Yeah... unfortunately, we have a firewall blocking outgoing ports and the exec() family of functions blocked in PHP.
  5. Sorry, they said the following: This isn't looking too good. I guess if you want I can unsuspend the site and check it out myself, but if you were sharing stuff illegally it's just going to be wasted time on my end, since I'll probably catch it just as easily as the guy who reported it. However, if that guy was just lying for some reason, then I can give it a look. Would you like me to do that?
  6. Okay, the account in question has been suspended. They also called me twice. Bothering me that much just makes me less likely to help you, honestly.
  7. ... and I've gotten four emails about this in the last 10 hours. I realize this is important for you guys, but I'm usually not awake at 2:54 AM. Give me some time to wake up for sending more emails.
  8. Okay, glad you got it working!
  9. You shouldn't be able to on PHP. Are you actually able to use those scripts?
  10. curelocations, Abhijit Das: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
  11. Try flushing your cache and doing a hard refresh. Also, give it 24 hours.
  12. curelocations: That can't be your username; it's above 8 characters. Also, please refer to the first post in this thread - I'll also need your main domain name. Rory: It should not have been active after I posted. After you first add it, it won't show up everywhere... you'll have to wait 24 hours for it to become active.
  13. Okay, you have been granted a dedicated IP.
  14. If you aren't pointing your domain's nameservers at us, we aren't authoritative for it. That means either: 1) The domain is still pointed at us. 2) Somebody else is authoritative, but you've set them up to point at us. 3) The changes have not propagated over DNS yet.
  15. If it's still not working, then try deleting your account and creating it again. Let me know if that doesn't work.
  16. Okay, you've been granted a dedicated IP.
  17. gsc: It won't appear immediately. rdownes: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
  18. I'm not sure that's related, and "most of the time" isn't really convincing. I'm considering this resolved, probably.
