  1. Here's the stacktrace from Apache's error_log. Try to get your app to catch its own exceptions for future debugging.
  2. No, we don't provide exceptions for specific users.
  3. We're having a lot of CPU usage right now, and the statistics runs and scheduled to skip during times of high load. Maybe that's they haven't been executing? If you're really interested in statistics information I would definitely suggest using Google Analytics. They can provide much more in-depth information than we can. EDIT I took a look, and I actually screwed up when moved some of the disk stuff around. Analytics programs should update correctly now.
  4. Okay, you have been granted a dedicated IP.
  5. Nephryrinn: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
  6. Sorry, but you can't modify php.ini settings in our configuration. This is expressly disallowed on our PHP page. Some of the settings are possible to enable using the PHP function ini_set(), which we have not blocked.
  7. Sorry, but we're stuck using whatever version cPanel/WHM is compatible with Ruby 1.9 is definitely faster, but I imagine speed isn't something you're super-concerned about if you're using a free host.
  8. Double-posting won't get my attention. Be patient.
  9. I've submitted this issue to the cPanel folks. Hopefully they'll be able to figure it out.
  10. DropBox, stevenwi: none of those domains seem to be registered with HelioHost at all. This thread is for people who are getting "Account Queued" on their registered addon domains.
  11. Okay, you've been granted a dedicated IP.
  12. Ermm... I guess the system is behind on the queue. Should we shut down signups again?
  13. Yeah, I noticed. This was the cPanel support team's bad... they forgot a vital step when they were rebuilding Apache. Should be okay now.
  14. No problem, and thanks for understanding.
  15. ... mailing list? This doesn't seem like something supported by HelioHost. If you're having trouble with some software of your choosing, you should contact that software's support team.
  16. 1) I'm not going to bother reading your whole message, because it seems littered with expletives unbecoming of a "scientist and researcher". Also, what institution are you researching at? 2) Go away. 3) If you actually want help, post your username and domain name.
