  1. It should be resolved now.
  2. Yes.
  3. Hmm... I'm seeing no MX records for tntgaming.thickmud.co.uk. Is it possible to set these from your cPanel using the MX records editor, or one of the zone editors?
  4. mod_rewrite isn't for dynamic code. Dynamic pages usually depend on scripting languages, with the exception of SSI. Anyways, this isn't a hosting support question.
  5. AntisheilaPower, Nephryrinn, deepke, AndrewC: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active. Let me be clear: if you don't wait for the server load to be below 4, adding your domain will not work and you will come back here and whine about it and it'll piss us both off. Follow my instructions carefully.
  6. Yeah, you're right. Okay, I've submitted another ticket to the cPanel folks.
  7. What are your other accounts?
  8. Closing due to inactivity.
  9. Wait, Java is working? Tomcat isn't up...
  10. deepke, DropBox: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
  11. Okay, that sounds more reasonable.
  12. saate25, AntisheilaPower: did you really follow my instructions? Only added the domain once? Made sure load was below 4? itsmeyay111: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
  13. quadmud: I don't understand. Is the HelioHost account sending or receiving? If not HelioHost, who is sending? What does this have to do with another webhost?
  14. Wait, so if you have an underscore in your password cPanel just removes it?
  15. Derek: Thanks for the clarification. grohe43: Unfortunately, we can't allow custom services to run... it's dangerous, and also resource intensive. Sorry
  16. Am I being bothered about the underscore, or about the original post?
  17. This seems to be an old remnant of a past hosting provider we used. Okay, I've deleted the zone file - go ahead and try to recreate your account.
  18. I'm not convinced that you need the space, and unfortunately we can't allow exceptions. Most other free webhosts let you have more space, so you might want to check those out. Alternately, you can mess around with free webspace providers and see if you can integrate some of their APIs into your scripts.
  19. Dr. Radek, saate25, deepke, Nephryrinn, AntisheilaPower: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active. saate25: Calm down with the exclamation marks. They aren't capturing my attention.
  20. A lot of email providers have us blocked. Who have you tried sending to?
  21. So... this is an alternate web server, or what?
  22. What's the fix for that, btw? If it's easy, I'll just SSH in and run it when you're busy. It's pretty easy. First, check if bihourly.php is running: ps aux | grep bihourly If nothing shows up, then run: /root/heliohost_nightly If a bihourly.php is running, try to wait for it to finish.
