    Prolonged Downtime

    Thanks, guys
  2. Okay, you have been granted a dedicated IP.
  3. How is looking right now?
  4. How did you manage to obtain the full backup?
  5. juzhost, gsc: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
  6. Yeah, sounds fine.
  7. I emailed guys who requested your site go down. If they don't respond I'll unsuspend your account, but you have to be careful not to let anybody share stuff like that. Remind me by bumping this thread in three days.
  8. Looks like it's working now?
  9. Is everything working now, guys?
  10. Okay, should be working now. Everyone, go back to .phpcp or else we won't detect that you're logging in and our system will think that your account is inactive.
  11. Right, well that didn't work. Okay, I'm opening a ticket with the cPanel folks about this.
  12. Okay, currently recompiling.
  13. Okay, you've been granted a dedicated IP.
  14. We got a complaint about you that you were distributing CD/product keys illegally. That doesn't sound like being "careful".
  15. curelocations: I don't see that username in the system. gsc: Please follow the directions on the first post in this thread. ghas: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. 16. Patience, guys. I'm going to recompile everything tonight. It has to be done while I'm free, because if something screws up we'll have downtime. Also, the process is like 13 steps with our complex configuration.
  17. Probably high load? 500 errors are the hardest to debug... meh.
  18. Are they self-signed? If so, are you aware that every modern browser will try to prevent users from visiting your secure pages?
  19. You'll need to request a dedicated IP before your certificate works. Have you not done this yet? If not: are your certificates self-signed? If so, are you aware that every modern browser will try to prevent users from visiting your secure pages?
  20. No no, cPanel is telling me that you parked it here. Are you sure you haven't? I can delete the domain and you can try re-adding it if it isn't showing up in your list of parked domains in cPanel.
  21. You need to do the whole thing. Private key, certificate, etc. Have you done those parts? If you did them before the dedicated IP, could you try deleting the certificate and redoing? (It might have stuck with the old IP.)
  22. Are they self-signed? If so, are you aware that every modern browser will try to prevent users from visiting your secure pages?
  23. So I looked into this issue for a little while, and I am entirely stumped. I think I'll try recompiling Apache/mod_mono tomorrow. UPDATE Please check out this thread and see if that helps you. Probably won't since this is happening on all pages, but it doesn't hurt to try.
