  1. That's as far as you can remove the package. As for the bugs with it... try contacting the manufacturer and see what that error message entails. I don't really know where to go from there.
  2. Sorry, but the problem is with the software. It needs to provide a clear error message to tell me what to fix. If I knew what the problem was, I would do something about it. However, at this point the only thing I can do is try to debug a piece of software that I'm not familiar with, which is not easy to do. Earlier, somebody mentioned that adding a single PHP constant to a file fixed the problem. Is that working for you? If not, does it help if you wait until the server is under less load (~4)?
  3. Okay, you have been granted a dedicated IP.
  4. Sorry, but we already have around 40 ftpd processes running at any given time You'll have to make due with a single connection.
  5. Have you guys consulted WordPress on the issue?
  6. Sorry, but that doesn't help. What does this app mean by "mime_magic extension"?
  7. Did you write the script in Windows?
  8. mEhdi mirani: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
  9. Are you aware that if you have a self-signed certificate, most major browsers will warn users before letting them see your page?
  10. We have the Apache's mod_mime_magic. What does this app mean by "mime_magic extension"?
  11. Your file was written in Windows, and as such has carriage returns along with newlines. That messed up the CGI parser. Check now.

    Another Downtime!

It's just a name I made up. Helios is the Greek sun god. As for the latest downtime: sorry, guys. I was on vacation and my uptime monitor didn't catch it because it was just a httpd.conf misconfiguration.
  13. Elgazar, k2rec: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
  14. [Wed Jul 07 18:58:51 2010] [alert] [client 99.225.54.222] /home/pavlok31/public_html/.htaccess: /home/pavlok31/public_html/.htaccess:5: <Limit> was not closed.
  15. No idea. If it's gone, I imagine it's gone? We have no software set up to prune your mail items, so this was probably some software you set up to manage your inbox...
  16. le nga: I'm pretty sure you misspelled your addon domain. I deleted nonglamit.net. le nga, Nplum: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
  17. le nga: Please follow the instructions in the first post of this thread. I need your HelioHost username. xlight: Nowhere in my instructions to you did I say anything about server load. Please re-read my instructions to you. You need to set your nameserver records correctly. billyct: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
