  1. I never received an email about this. When the site was first down, HelioHost said "your account has been queued" but later it returned to normal...
  2. I did log in every thirty days. I never received an email about my account expiring. Also, when I go to my site, my favicon pops up but the site doesn't work---does this mean anything?
  3. I think sparkswillfly.org is my main domain name; after I registered for Heliohost, I received an email with that domain and I've been uploading content in that domain. I don't remember creating http://samusexu.heliohost.org/ or seeing it in the cpanel. I'm currently having trouble logging in to heliohost.org with my username as well. The cpanel doesn't recognize my password.
  4. Yes it is.I still can't access the site. When I registered for HelioHost,I used this domain for registration.
  5. Hi, my site http://sparkswillfly.org has been down for four days. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the server or my URL. Thanks for the help!
  6. I've been having HelioHost for almost a month by now. When I went to my site: http://sparkswillfly.org it said this message instead of the usual site: "Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel."
  7. Hi, my site http://sparkswillfly.org is not loading at all. Is this a problem others are encountering?
  8. In cpanel, when I create a new mySQL database, it doesn't show up in the list below. But when I go to phpadmin, the databases are listed. Why can't I see the databases in cpanel? On top of that, in the usermenu, it says I have 0/infinity mysql databases.
