  1. My guess is that you have a .htaccess file in your public_html (or alternately, your account root).
  2. awin: Okay, try again now. Wizard: You need to edit /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/php.ini and change the memory_limit from 128M to 512M.
  3. I've changed some things... please try again. Let's hope it works this time.
  4. That's okay... your account should be active in 3-4 hours now.
  5. Have you guys configured "Remote MySQL" from your cPanel?
  6. Is your certificate from a generally trusted root?
  7. Are we talking about remote access to the MySQL database, or local access?
  8. cabeen: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active. Sobiech: Your domain looks fine. Are you unable to delete it yourself?
  9. I'm seeing your account in the queue...
  10. No. I'm not here to make your life easier... I'm here to enable you to do things you couldn't otherwise do. I am not going to spend my time helping you unless it's the only way for your account to work. Sorry, but HelioHost hosts over 10,000 accounts and I don't have time to give each user individual attention. My logs show that creation failed for your account three days ago, which was before I fixed the system. Please try registered again (or correct me if you've registered more recently).
  11. I really do apologize, but I think you'll have to try registering just ONE more time I'm pretty confident that it'll work this time.
  12. The last time I see that you tried signing up was some time ago, and I only managed to fix this problem yesterday. Could you try signing up yet again? Sorry about the issues.
