  1. I've submitted a support request to the cPanel folks in regards to this problem. I'll let you all know when they respond.

    I'm back again

Yeah sure, just donate $1000 and I'll get it done.
  3. You probably CHMOD'd something wrong or something. I know for a fact that there are a bunch of working phpBB installations working on HelioHost. Why not try using Fantastico to install phpBB?
  4. Try 65.19.143.2 as your host.
  5. Your hostname should be stevie.heliohost.org. Your IP address should be 65.19.143.2.
  6. We aren't going to be nice to spammers.
  7. I honestly don't know. I would have to look through the source code to figure that out. I suggest contacting whoever makes that application.
  8. What is your email provider? Some block HelioHost emails.
  9. We have safe_mode disabled, and we don't erase .htaccess files. .htaccess files on your site seem to be working fine for me. I have setup a test .htaccess in your root directory that redirects http://centralgroup.heliohost.org/djbobRedirect to heliohost.org.
  10. Check your spam box. The email was almost certainly sent. What email provider do you use? I think somebody filters HelioHost emails, but I forgot who it was.
  11. We're currently out of IPs, but I'm requesting a new block from the parent host and I'll set your IP up as soon as I can.
  12. To confirm that you are indeed the owner the account you want me to delete, please PM me the email that you signed up with. I will then delete the account.
  13. We were having some problems with the server yesterday. Is it working normally now?
  14. I'm sorry, but ASP.NET is currently disabled on our server due to it taking too much resources as of late. We might reenable it in the coming weeks, but in the meantime you might want to look for another host. Sorry
  15. You get that error when you try to sign up multiple times.
  16. Sorry, but we don't open ports for users. We have ports closed for security reasons; if we open a port for you and your site has an exploit, the entire server could be taken down or even hacked. Normal "shared accounts" (even that ones that cost money) don't have this functionality. You'll need to get a VPS or a dedicated server if you want to open ports. These come at around $30/month at a minimum, although if you look for a really cheap one with minimal features you can get it at around $10/month last time I checked.
  17. It might be related to you emailing people, pretending to be Microsoft Office Live Small Business. Just might.
  18. Unfortunately, there is no feature to reestablish the stock file structure. I can delete your account for you, at which point you can signup again. I would recommend just putting the information folders back in... really all you need is public_html.
  19. These issues have been fixed.
  20. Sorry... because of all the signups we've been receiving, our server is operating slower than usual.
  21. As stated in both the account creation confirmation page and in the welcome email you were sent, you will have to wait 24 hours before your site is online. Due to our popularity we are operating slower than usual right now. If you are unwilling to wait until your account is activated then you might want to find another host.
  22. When did you sign up? Did you enter your username in all lowercase letters?
  23. Okay, you've been granted a new IP. It'll take about 24 hours for this to propagate through the system.
  24. The only way you can get more disk space is if you qualify for the Ads Unlimited plan, which is unlikely.
