  1. Most likely it's related to the problem with NS1 (nameserver) which we've just figured out in this topic: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/36708-cant-access-server-and-transfer-files-via-ftp/?do=findComment&comment=162711

  2. cPanel, after initial connection without domain name, redirects you automatically to ricky.heliohost.org. For me cPanel on Ricky works, I have logged in. Apart of server being sometimes slow, it's accessible, and everyone of us have 50% of chanses to get the correct DNS response from NS2. For FTP connection you don't need to provide any domain name, there won't be redirection like with HTTP/HTTPS to cPanel, as FTP host provide the IP and you'll be able to manage files.

  3. You may register with your old email. Anyways Tommy's formatted and your previous account no longer exists. However that might conflict with the backup system.... So just give it a try.

  4. I would recommend that you use another email address on Ricky.

  5. An admin will need to confirm your donation and they will send an invite to Ricky. I have already recommended that this be moved to 'Escalated Requests' under 'Customer Service'.

  6. Invites to re-join the server will be sent once the process of restoration is finished. A public announcement will made once the server is ready again. This topic should be moved to 'Escalated Requests' under 'Customer Service'.

  7. You can post your transaction ID here and a root admin will verify your donation and send you an invite to Ricky. Like BlueyEmperor said, try not to use your old email address since it may cause trouble (I don't know how since all Tommy's accounts were deleted so the system can't detect anything).

  8. Tommy was reset due to a hardware failure so all accounts were wiped out. Once sign-ups for Tommy open, you will have to manually restore the backup from http://heliohost.org/backup or any backup you have

  9. @rajdis: That's high load. That was the same one I had the other day. I tried again a few minutes later and it worked fine.
