Try removing these lines at the bottom: php_value post_max_size 4G php_value upload_max_filesize 4G php_value memory_limit 512M Trying to do any php_value code in your .htaccess will surely result in a 500 error because regular users don't have permission to edit php.ini. Furthermore, your account only has 1000 MB storage, so trying to allow 4 GB uploads is ridiculous.

  2. Yes, you can add as many domains as you want using the Add-on Domains section in cPanel. For the error, nameserver migration takes sometime to reflect on global DNS servers, so you won't be able to add the domain immediately after changing nameservers. Besides, the process is sometimes longer with Freenom wherein it even takes days for the DNS migration.

  3. Register the domain and set its name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. After that, either add the domain under Aliases in cPanel, or you can use this tool to change the primary domain instead: http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain
