  1. You can monitor your own load by clicking the Account Load button in cpanel. If you get above 80 or so on cpu or memory you should probably work on reducing your load. If you get to 100 you have a high chance of being suspended.

  2. High load again. Please disable or fix whatever script you're running. It's either broken or too heavy to run here. If it happens again, you won't be unsuspended until we delete the file in question. You've caused several minutes of downtime on our flagship server both times this has happened. If you need help identifying the script, let me know and I'll have Krydos locate it for you. Unsuspended.

  3. There aren't any as long as you don't use too much CPU or RAM (usually that happens when you have poorly written PHP that hogs RAM or gets stuck in a loop, or complex SQL queries that take a long time to evaluate). The servers have unlimited bandwidth. As long as your code is well-written and not a CPU or RAM hog, you should be fine. I moved almost half a terabyte of data last month on Tommy (in my case file downloads). If you do end up suspended for load, it's not the end of the world. Just let us know and we can help you figure out what's causing it and how to fix it.

  5. It has been brought to my attention that HelioHost offers VPSs in exchange for minimum donations and this might be useful for development and/or web hosting. But I have a few questions about it. 1. Do we donate the amount via Paypal and paste the transaction ID on here? When I go to https://www.heliohost.org/vps/ - all I see is a subscribe button. 2. If hosting Mediawiki (or some kind of web application), is 2 GB of RAM and 50 GB disk space sufficient for this? 3. Does the VPS have to be used for web hosting purpose under Terms of Use? 4. Is donating recurring monthly through Paypal a suitable means to get a VPS? 5. Are the VPSs on SSD-based storage? Your time is greatly appreciated
