I recently updated the nameservers for rifux.dev to ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org , as per your instructions. I would now like to set rifux.dev as the main domain for my website, instead of blinkov.helioho.st. Could you please help me with this process? I have some additional questions: Is it possible to not delete blinkov.helioho.st and point rifux.dev as the main domain at the same time? ok sounds good ill get a get a domain setup this afternoon because i was unsure if it was supported or not. also can i use a subdomain as a main domain?

This requirement went away when we switched to Plesk. We support third party DNS now, where you can just use A and AAAA records as Moneybroz said above. You can find the IPs in Plesk once the domain is added. Also, you'll need to add additional records if you want email functions to work (an MX, a few TXT records, and an additional A or CNAME if you want webmail). The only domains that I'm currently aware of that are problematic here are those from afraid.org/Freedns, and that's because of poor implementation on Afraid's part.

Please set your name servers ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. We cannot configure this for domains using Cloudflare (you would need to do it yourself).

Getting the same here, I'll escalate this so a root admin can investigate the issue.

You don't have to use our nameservers. You just would need to set an A and AAAA record pointing to the server that your account is on.

I could see that my account status should be Active in Plesk. But when I browsed the main domain (freddywan.helioho.st) with a browser it always showed as an inactive account and prompt me to renew the account. I followed the instruction but the situation just repeated. I also believe that the browser cache should have been cleared. Would you take a look and reactivate the account and main domain?

i thought i had to use your guys nameservers and a Cloudflare Registrar doesn't let you do custom nameservers

You can use any domain that you want.
