  1. Past hour
  2. It all began on a foggy Tuesday night in the small, forgotten town of Ashbridge Hollow. The air was thick with mist and the scent of damp earth clung to every stone wall and crooked lamp post. A lone figure made his way down the deserted street — a man known only by his online alias: SyntaxRogue.

By day, he was a humble PHP developer, crafting questionable code and building overly complicated scripts nobody asked for. By night, however, he became something else entirely. A digital drifter, a seeker of forbidden knowledge, and — most notably — a passionate connoisseur of adult entertainment websites from obscure corners of the deep web.

One evening, while debugging a JavaScript function that somehow broke the entire layout of his already cursed website, he received an anonymous message in a chatroom known only to those who could recite the ancient and forbidden regex pattern:

    /^(.+)\\1+$/

    The message read:

"Follow the trail of the crimson proxy. There, you will find the Nexus of Infinite Loops."

Without hesitation, SyntaxRogue booted up his dusty Linux laptop, activated three VPN layers, rerouted his traffic through an abandoned Soviet-era weather satellite, and connected to a server known as CodeInferno69.

Inside, he discovered a forgotten archive of ancient PHP scripts — cursed relics from the early 2000s. Among them was one file simply named forbidden_pornhub_clone.php. Legend had it that whoever successfully executed the script would gain access to every premium adult site ever created, free for eternity, while also unlocking the ultimate JavaScript one-liner that could crash any browser.

Driven by equal parts lust, curiosity, and professional pride, he spent days deciphering the tangled spaghetti code. He faced unspeakable horrors: infinite while loops, nested switch statements inside eval functions, and a 4000-line CSS file that only defined one color — neon green.

Finally, on the seventh night, lightning struck the antenna of his house as he typed the final semicolon. The screen flashed. The walls trembled. A ghostly voice whispered: "You have seen things no man should ever witness…"

His terminal displayed a single blinking message:

    access_granted

    And then…

    Nothing.

    Absolutely nothing.

    You kept reading, didn't you?
Seriously? You actually read this entire ridiculous nonsense?
    Are you dumb or what?
Go touch some grass, my friend.

But hey — respect for sticking with it.

  4. This behavior is expected. Domains no longer include webmail by default. If you want to use it, you have to explicitly turn it on in the mail settings for the domain, and then wait an additional two hours.
  5. I need subdomains for the site pilyuhuinyu.store I need subdomains with the beginnings: main, test, dev, blog, shop, stream, play Also please remove chekavo.helioho.st and make pilyuhuinyu.ru the main one Login: chekavo
  6. Hi HelioHost Support Team, Recently my domain niraj-stha.com.np was merged to username roxanne. However, when I try to access my webmail at https://webmail.niraj-stha.com.np/ and my other domain, I keep seeing the "Your domain should start working soon" message. Here’s what I’ve already tried: Waited more than 12 hours still same page shows up Cleared my browser cache. Despite all that, webmail and domain mail access still show the queued page. Could someone please verify if my domain/email is correctly provisioned on your end? I would appreciate any help in resolving this so I can begin using my webmail. Thanks in advance! Best regards
  7. Updated Added a general Github Search

  9. Removed the .helioho.st domain and changed 1932washhouse.com to be the main domain. Changes should take effect in the next hour.
  10. Hi @KazVee! sorry, forgot to mention. I would like to also remove the 'mrjaybenz.helioho.st' and chnage '1932washhouse.com' as the main. Thank youu!!

  12. The export laws do apply to software. I know with cPanel, since that company is headquartered in the US, therefore US export laws applied to us providing access to their software that we were running. Even though the software never leaves our US based servers, allowing people from countries that the government of the country of origin of the software decides if it can be "exported" even if there is no money changing hands, such as free hosting. Plesk is headquartered in Canada so I would assume it is Canadian export laws that would decide whether Syrians can use Plesk or not. Canada has also eased sanctions on Syria starting in March of this year, so I think Canada would be ok with us "exporting" their software to Syria. Plus there is precedent of other Syrian websites and webhosting companies are already using Plesk. The Canadian general permit is valid until August 25th of this year, and it may or not be renewed at that time. Likewise, the US agreement tentatively ends on December 2nd, but could be revoked at any time. Yep, definitely. Sure, but if either Canada, the origin of some of our software, or the US, the origin of our hardware, changes the rules again we will need to suspend all Syrian accounts immediately. You should be able to create an account now.
  13. While we have the ability to restore them, backup and restore is not a service we officially offer. I've done it before for users, and we routinely make them for people, but we do not guarantee they'll actually work when you need it. We legally have to say this, otherwise someone could sue for data loss. For example: If we reset your account it'll be overwritten with the state of the account immediately before the reset, if our server's hard disks go bad or we get ransomware (again) we may lose it, etc. We can't guarantee that they will actually be there when you need them, so even though we have a backup, you are expected to also have your own and be able to extract the files and upload them to fix your account if needed. The easiest way to do this is to simply download the file from https://heliohost.org/backup/ and store it somewhere safe. We can always walk you through extracting it and manually setting up your account if it became necessary,
  14. Here is the prior conversation: Plesk itself is capable of restoring backups (and in fact, unarchiving an account is exactly this), but we don't allow user-created/user-supplied backups to be restored for security reasons, as it's possible to tamper with the backups in a manner such that they would compromise the server when restored. Only the admin-created backup available from https://heliohost.org/backup/ (or the archive from an account that was previously archived) can be restored automatically, and an admin has to do it for you.
  15. Totally confused. I thought you had told me that only Admin are allowed to restore an account with a backup made by Admin. I'm confused because you are stating, "It is the users responsibility to maintain local backups and be capable of manually restoring their account, if needed." In my Backup section, I have made a backup, but there is no button to Restore. Did I misunderstand our previous dialogs? Did you make a backup?
  16. Most programming languages allow you to specify a time zone in your code. For example, PHP has date_default_timezone_set() that can be used to make your code work with another time zone. Changing the actual server time or the Plesk timezone is not supported.
  17. Duplicate request. You also posted in English which I escalated.. https://helionet.org/index/topic/64816-krydos-syria-damascus/?do=getNewComment
  18. Looks like June 5. https://www.omm.com/insights/alerts-publications/economic-sanctions-relief-for-syria-provides-opportunities-and-risks-for-us-companies/ it does say that the lifting of sanctions is subject to change or be revoked, but that trade with Syria is currently authorized except for trade with people/companies on a specific list attached to the general license. Keep in mind that even if we do allow Syrian users, we would be required to ban them again in the event that the sanctions are reimposed. I'm also not sure whether our service would be prohibited due to export controls or not, which they said do still apply. Escalating to Krydos to see what he says.
  19. Created. Please keep in mind however that, per our terms of service, HelioHost does not guarantee the availability of the service (including the ability to restore backups) and is not responsible for data loss of any kind. As such, we do not guarantee the availability, validity, accuracy, or completeness of any backup we may have. It is the users responsibility to maintain local backups and be capable of manually restoring their account, if needed.
  20. It appears my account uses the Prime Meridian, Greenwich, England, time zone. Can I set my account to use my time zone?
  21. My account is finally functioning as expected. Please make a backup of my account so you could restore if needed. Thanks, wapps
  22. I've added that domain to the account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up the DNS with the domain registrar. To configure the DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to the server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  23. I let a friend of mine use the account temporarily to upload files and help fix the website. If there’s anything I can do to have the account unsuspended, without affecting any user or anyone, I am ready to take the necessary steps to resolve this issue.
  24. Dear Hillo Net Team, Following the recent removal of U.S. sanctions on Syria, we kindly ask you to lift access restrictions on Syrian users. We believe this would restore fair access and align with current international updates. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards,
  26. Good day! I would like to request to add the domain '1932washhouse.com' to the account 'mrjaybenz'. Thank you!
  27. Related email support case: Morty accounts are exempt from the multiple account policy, so no exception is needed for that. Notes have been added to the account indicating that he gave approval for you to maintain it.
