im having trouble with deleting the other account its due to my password not working and i cannot reset it

Hello dear Heliohost team, dear @Krydos and @wolstech, I read on Helionet.org that there were problems with the webmail and email of the Tommyy server. As far as I know, I am on the Johnny server. I also eperience e-mail problems. Problem 1: For all my active domains in my account, I have activated webmail. Nevertheless, I can not login to the webmail area. When I enter the e-mail address and password, I get this message: "Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log." And sometimes I also get this message on my screen: "502 Bad Gateway", which won't let me enter the e-mails address and password at all. Question: how to login into webmail? Problem 2: I login into Plesk. There I found out that on one of my domains in my account, at the "Track Email Delivery" section, I have 4 e-mails delayed. However, when I check these 4 delayed e-mails, it indicates "8 items total" but I can not see the items. So there seems to be a discrepancy between the "4 delayed e-mails", "8 items total" and none of those e-mails are displayed. Please see attached screenshots. Question: how to get access to the delayed e-mails? Or how to solve this problem? What is going on? Kindly awaiting your reply. Thank you! 🙂

It's been a week and you still haven't fixed your DNS issues. We can't login to your Namecheap account for you and fix this, so it's something you're going to have to do yourself if you want to host this domain with us. We could add a free temporary domain such as claudianunesdesign.helioho.st so you can make sure the account is working prior to changing your claudianunesdesign.com DNS settings if you want. Let us know if you need additional help.

I'll have Krydos take another look, but considering what was posted in your last topic and the fact the issue returned, it sounds like what you're running might just be too heavy. I'm not sure if there's further reduction possible or not. If not, the permanent fix may require buying an upgrade. I'm not sure if a trial would be possible for the upgrade to see if it would actually fix the issue before buying it. Escalating again to see if any further improvement can be made.

A few things I wanted to note: 99% of your load is coming from the one Wordpress site travel-lk.com. I would recommend switching to another software other than Wordpress if you want better performance for the whole VPS. If you refuse to get rid of Wordpress, you really should add some more memory. Decreasing the resources MariaDB and PHP 8.3 are allowed to use helps keep the system from swapping, which increases the speed, but in order to get truly fast speed you should still increase the memory. Your system is still pretty swapped. Over 1000 MB in swap right now, but it's mostly spamd processes, named, etc. which you probably aren't even using anyways. Just like in point 1 and 2 you really should increase the memory until your system doesn't need to swap at all.

That domain cannot be added because the contents of your account violate the terms of service. Note that this prohibition also includes selling access to IPTV and related services, even if the actual content is hosted elsewhere, becuase IPTV and related services are illegal in the USA where we are located (copyright infringement).
