Domains ending in heliohost.org are no longer available to end users (they've been limited to staff since I believe 2021 or 2022). This change was made because hacked and abusive user accounts sharing the same domain as our website had a tendency to get the entire organization blocked. Many companies don't understand that the content of the subdomains under our domains doesn't belong to us, and at one point the entirety of heliohost.org got banned from Facebook for several years because someone set up a phishing site on a something.heliohost.org subdomain.

However after returning and recreating my username: citis with a small donation, I have been assigned a domain/url as: citis.helioho.st. If possible, I would like my original domain/url as: citis.heliohost.org. If so, please let me know as soon as you can. thank you, user: citis on Tommy.

Main domain changed. it can take up to 2 hours for the new domain to start working.

The server can read php files automatically, you can upload your files in the file manager which can be accessed by clicking the files button in the dashboard section of the dropdown menu for your domain.

I've my own site (php mainly, js and css), where do I upload all my files? anywhere? How does the site know that it has to read index.php?

It says to "Leave 'UTF-8' as the encoding, set 'Line break type' to 'Convert to Unix style'". I just checked my own Johnny account and the option is there. Please have another look and if you do not see it, please share a screenshot of your view so we can look into this further.

It doesn't work: the tutorial says I have to set the encoding to "Line break type", but it doesn't exist.

The index.php of that simbaprojects.com site is also full of obfuscated code...

That's unlikely to be it, but Krydos can confirm for sure. Most often, users are flagged for logging in from shared networks, using VPNs, or genuinely creating more than one account.
