We have a google group professional org that is free and open to all professionals interested in plant mapping. We have quarterly zoom calls with lunch n learns we like to upload and share with everyone later. Do you tink our professional group is a good fit for your service? Will we need to buy a domain name and if so, any partners or recommendations we should look into? I'm trying to make future leadership in this group not have to carry a costly burden while using services like yours that are there for the common good. Many moons ago I bought my own domain and made a simple website for something else, so I think I could sort out some technical aspects if needed. Moodle 5.x is not supported on Tommy. The server is really outdated and is due for replacement in a few weeks time anyway, so not worth our time to upgrade MariaDB only to replace the whole server later. If you want to use 5.x immediately, you can either upgrade to Morty or downgrade to Johnny, as both of those servers have newer versions of MariaDB on them that should support it. Tommy will be getting a newer version when it gets rebuilt.

Thanks for letting us know. For the future, you can disable WAF rules yourself via Plesk. There is a page in Plesk specifically for the application firewall settings. Among those settings is a box where you can enter a list of rule numbers that you want to disable. You can find the rule number in your logs, then enter it there to disable it. Note that when you disable rules this way, the changes take up to 2 hours to become effective.

Yeah no problem. Don't do anything at this point. I didn't know that the stats are discontinued by the creator of it. If it's not working right now, there's no point to deal with it when you replace the server anyways. No sweat. But thank you for looking into it. 🙏🏻 -
Cool, sounds good. I'm going to mark this as solved, but I understand that webstats still isn't working on Tommy. It's not worth trying to fix it since we're going to be replacing the old Tommy server anyways soon.

Absolutely, no problem. To clear up the confusion: No, this is definitely not a commercial site, and we don't sell a single car! The KITT replica you see on the site was actually built and is owned by my wife. She created it (actually build it her self ) out of a pure love for Knight Rider, and the entire point of kittforhire.com is simply to share that 80s nostalgia with fellow fans. We do about 95% of our events completely for free. We attend unpaid community car shows, and sometimes we even pay out of our own pockets just to participate in special events with VIPs. At most, we might 'rent' the car out for about two to three birthdays a year just to help cover basic annual maintenance and fuel expenses. There is absolutely no profit involved. For my wife, the real reward is getting to share the magic of this car and experience it with people who love the classic TV show as much as she does. And there are plenty people out there we made so many friends with this car, unbelievable If you have more questions about it, you can reach out to me at any time. -

Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

I manually ran webstats twice on Tommy and it still didn't update your stats. Tommy is well overdue for a rebuild so it seems like more and more things are breaking. We will be setting up a new Tommy in the next month or two and moving everyone over to it. If you want webstats to work sooner you can upgrade to Morty at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ Since you're here, I have a question for you. Is your site a commercial site? Are you selling cars, or what is the point of your website?
