This means another account logged in from the same network as you did. Common triggers include logging in from a corporate/school network or using a VPS. Krydos can probably provide extra clarification if you'd like. I'll cancel the pending suspension for your account in the meantime.

I’m a bit concerned and unsure whether this refers to a potential security breach - meaning someone may have logged in using my credentials -or if it's related to a possible violation of your Terms of Service. The mention of the single account policy also raised a question: does this mean another account may have been created under my name? To the best of my knowledge, I only have one account (mob.heliohost.org, with the alias vvww.eu, username "Didi", and email didi.hauser@gmail.com). If there are any other accounts mistakenly linked to me, please feel free to remove them. I would really appreciate it if you could take a closer look and let me know what exactly triggered the alert. We cannot change domains directly like this, but what we can do is add and remove. I've added the scoobverse one from your request here. I have now removed the smurmel one from your account. If you want the content from smurmel to be on the scoobverse web address, you would need to re-upload the files inside Plesk. Please note there is a risk of data loss when domains are removed, since the folder for the domain inside Plesk will be deleted. I made a full account backup for you before I removed the domain, in case you need any of the old files.
