Yes, we actually did look through your code and that’s why we suspended you. Accounts are subject to manual review and are routinely searched by administrators. If we see anything to do with vless/xray or nezhajs on an account, it’s an instant suspension. Same goes for any other proxy software. We had someone upload one called “holy unblocker” yesterday and he got banned as well. It’s not that we don’t want you using the software, it’s that running this software on our Plesk plans severely impacts the server’s performance and causes issues for 1000s of other websites. You’re welcome to run it on a VPS if you wish. I am willing to unsuspend your account, but it would be on condition that we remove that node software and that you not attempt to run anything of that nature here again. Do you agree? - Today

I haven't used it yet, but I uploaded a file and it was judged to use a proxy? Have you seen my file code? -
I'm guessing Krydos is a person, not a protocol ? Sorry I'm new to all this. I wouldn't mind upgrading to VPS but this project is such small scale that i was not looking for any recurring expenses, I liked the one time fee solution ! Thank you for your time.

Krydos can help with this. Whether this will actually work though is going to depend on the application you're running. Most game servers end up needing a VPS.

Hello, I've just set up a Tommy account for a small scale 2D MMORPG using html, js, node.js websockets. username : gofterom domain : citadel server : tommy I've just realized ports are not open on that plan, so the websockets don't work. I am very new to all this. Could you please help me ? The FAQ says : With the help of a root admin, you could get an Nginx proxy set up. To explore this option, please post a request in our Customer Service forum, making sure to provide your username, domain name, server name, and details about your websocket application, and we'll be happy to help.

On June 6th your account attempted to send another 220 emails so your email sending privileges were revoked again. It seems like this has happened to you a few times. The mail logs only go back a couple days so that's about all the information we can provide.

Thanks KazVee, i have done it, so it should be back in a fiew hours. What is important for me is to be able to go to the webmail, and "mostly" that all messages required some captcha and is only static text. No attachments! Also that when i reply, that the user that want to reply back "must" use the form of contact; so no receiving some junk or bad things. I dont want to have some virus, dont want that heliohost have some virus also; brief i'm no web pc security expert and i simply want good things. I'm sure trough the many years that the admins and moderators know that my intentions are good, and i believe the things i do are good things also. My website is old, there are things that are not up to date; but when i'll have time i'll do some fiew changes and updates; this with the little knowledges and softwares i have. As i have told many times, i simply want to stay with heliohost; you are so much great peoples for me. I know i repeat my self saying many times, my sincere thanks and appreciations. I wonder how many years i'm with you? I think more thant 10 years, that's for sure! Yup i'm getting older when i think about it. I do hope that getting older, i will still have my hairs on the top of my head? Hihihihi My sincere thanks and appreciations to all. Sylvain A+

Im getting the following error on an email account and not sure how to resolve it. Please help. I get the error for "Warning: The limit on outgoing messages for an email address (10) cannot be greater than the limit for a subscription (0)." When editing an email account Outgoing mail control show: " Current limit 0 messages per hour " and no option of changing it on that subscription. Please help

The DNS records for the files subdomain have been pointed back to your VPS. It may take a couple hours for the cache to expire.

Hi Krydos This is Marco mm@marcomessina.com hosted as mm1.helioho.st When I first started my hosting six months ago, I was set up on Tommy, Then you added a larger storage space on another server for an annual fee. It worked great until recently I switched to Morty (I did it only to pay a monthly fee to support Heliohost) The subdomain files.mm1.helioho.st you created, was pointing to http://65.19.154.72/files/ and I can still access those files now at that URL Since one of your techs moved me to Morty, the subdomain no longer connects. I went around with Support to no avail, possibly because what you set up for me was unusual? I cannot find a way to reconfigure my subdomain in Morty DNS. Could you please fix it? Thanks for your help Marco

Deleted. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain kyparissi.online. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.

I recently discovered that my account has been suspended, but I have not had the opportunity to use it yet. To the best of my knowledge, I have not violated any platform rules or engaged in any inappropriate activity. Could you please kindly review the suspension and consider reactivating my account?
