I've checked with the rest of the staff and because we're switching the main domain to be an addon domain, it's best to do a full account reset so the domain switching doesn't break anything on your account. I've now reset your account, and you should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. Please make sure to enter the domain you want as your new main domain. Once the account has been recreated, let us know and we can then add the other addon domains and the subdomains you wanted. I made a backup before the reset, so if you discover you need any of your old files, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups

Yeah, your account definitely didn't reactivate correctly. This happens sometimes on Johnny due to high load and the number of accounts. I manually reactivated it. Is everything working now?

That account isn't suspended on my end. I'm not sure why it's suddenly showing an inactivity page, it was renewed back on September 17. Let's have Krydos take a look.

For PayPal: once you login, click on your profile in the upper right hand corner > Account Settings. Click on "Money, banks and cards". There you can update your billing preferences. Not sure about Stripe, but I'm sure it's not too different.
-
Thank you for the quick reply. I’m clearly not looking in the right area of where to update my card information via PayPal/Stripe then. Can I ask where it’s located or a link? In my Dashboard, I looked in “Billing for your Account,” but it’s not there. Thank you again.

Backup done and downloaded. We can proceed with domain changes!

Removing the current main domain would delete all the content in it. We could re-add it as an addon domain, but you'd need to re-upload your content. I'd recommend you make an account backup, and download it to your local computer first: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups#Making_Your_Own_Manual_Account_Backup Then we can make the domain changes for you, and you can then rebuild the new domain with the backed up files. Please let us know once you've made the backup and downloaded it.

Hi, KazVee. Thanks for answer! Yes... I don't know if I can keep brunomanoelfb.helioho.st, but if so, I would like to keep with it, but transfer all my current content from playersdb.brunomanoelfb.helioho.st to playersdb.app. Is it possible? I've upgraded today to Morty plan, so I don't know if we can transfer before recommended 6 hours, anyway...

You didn't say anything "wrong" like rude or anything so please don't worry about that, and your English is great! 🙂 I can't speak for others but this part of your request wasn't clear to me so I skipped it for someone else who might understand it better: "Old playersdb.brunomanoelfb.helioho.st will become the main page (playersdb.app), so, please, delete playersdb subdomain". Do you mean you want to make playersdb.app the new main domain?

Hi. Is there any problem with my request? I saw other people requests were answered... Did I ask something wrong? If so, let me know. English is not my primary language and I try to not use translator. 😅 Sorry for something and thanks in advance.

[Krydos] Paypal payment page error for VPS
Krydos replied to piyushukani's topic in Escalated Requests
I see the username piyushukani1 in the VPS signups, so I assume that is you. It looks like you were trying to signup for a Mercury for $4 per month. Like Wolstech said, we require subscriptions for 1 month at a time so you would have to do 6 months if your country doesn't allow you to set up subscriptions. You're welcome to try this link for $4 per month, but from what I understand Indians can't subscribe to anything so it probably won't work either https://buy.stripe.com/7sY14p77MdIP4Fb7SBco00b If you're willing to signup for 6 months you get 10% discount, and we do accept one-time payments for 6 months or more. It would be $21.60 for 6 months of a Mercury VPS. - Yesterday

We haven’t even started developing that server yet, so this isn’t a consideration for the foreseeable future. We’re going to be more concerned about how well (if) basic Java is even going to work.

[Krydos] Paypal payment page error for VPS
wolstech replied to piyushukani's topic in Escalated Requests
India is a known issue. It's due to their weird banking regulations. You can make one time purchases through paypal if your card has international support, but subscriptions aren't allowed so VPSes cannot be purchased through our website. Krydos can set up a stripe link for a VPS, but it may end up being the 6 months one time purchase option. Not sure if the subscription is an option with Stripe in India or not... -

We don't store payment methods for users, Paypal/Stripe handles the card payments for us so you'll need to update your information there instead.

While you wait for an admin who will most likely have to generate a stripe payment url, what international country are you in? I ask cause I know some countries are prohibited from making payments to/from the U.S. -

Please let know if there is any another way to pay for a VPS. -
Ookma-Kyi started following Coldfusion via Lucee on Java Server
-
Would you consider running Coldfusion on the Java Server? Lucee a free version of the Coldfusion engine uses Java. Is this a possibility for the future?
-
Hi, I’m unsure if you need this or not, but my payment method zip code has recently changed, and I would like to update it with you for my account. Let me know if you need anything else and thank you.
