I sincerely apologize for the mistake I made. I created two separate accounts without realizing that the HelioHost terms allow only one Johnny/Tommy account per person. This was an honest oversight on my part, as I had not fully read the terms at the time of registration. I kindly request that you please reactivate my original account (guruji.helioho.st) and allow me to continue using it. I take full responsibility for the misunderstanding and assure you that I will follow all HelioHost rules moving forward. I have no intention of creating multiple accounts again. If possible, you may permanently delete or close the second account (vip.helioho.st) so that I remain compliant with your policy. Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and support.   5. I would like to delete some files, and that would be the backups and just left the last backup made. I am also planning on expanding the storage for more of my future projects. But for now deleting some of the files would be the best choice. THANKS!

  7. That does seem to be the case. An administrator can delete some files for you once they're awake (it's currently nighttime in the US). Are there any files you'd like to be deleted? Alternatively, you can either reset your account from scratch or expand your storage for a small fee.
  8. Hi, this is sphinx0945 from Johnny server, My account got suspended from going over the limit of the 1gb limit. Its probably the scheduled backup in which that i forgot to set properly. Is there anyway for me to be able to use it again or be able to access the last backup? Thanks!

  14. Yes, staff members can add domains for you at your request. You can ask for a .heliohost.us/.helioho.st domain, or a domain of your choosing if you have one through a domain registrar. Here's a wiki article describing the details: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains

  16. I assume Postgres? If so, we just need the database name and database user that needs remote access and we can set it up for you. If it's MariaDB, you can do it yourself in Plesk (it's at the bottom of the database user's properties below the permissions).

  19. I have an important e-mail that I need to receive that keeps getting rejected at the server level for failing the DMARC check (specifically "Found DMARC record contained a bad v= value"). I admittedly know next to nothing about DMARC but based on google it looks like really they need to fix their server, however a year after notifying their tech support of the issue I'm having the same problem. Is there anything that can be done on my account to allow me to receive e-mail from one specific domain even if it doesn't pass the DMARC settings? If it helps my understand of the log seems to indicate the DMARC expects <domain>.com and the message in fact comes from email.<domain>.com

  21. Hey! I'm building a small app on Render.com that maybe 4 people will use for some API data verification. I need remote access to my database so I can hit it from both Render and my home dev environment. Traffic will be super light, minimal footprint. Can you open up remote access? Happy to lock it down by IP—my home IP is static at 50.86.241.15. If you know Render.com's IP block, great. If not, I'll track it down. Let me know what you need from me. Thanks!
  22. Your new payment has been linked to your VPS and it has been powered back on. If you're having issues making a payment just tell us that and we can keep your VPS powered on for some extra time. If you ignore our emails and don't say anything to us we assume you've abandoned your VPS and just power it off to save server resources for paying customers.

  25. That's probably the monitor being broken considering you're on Morty. It's also possible the monitor is getting blocked by our firewall if it's opening too many connections. My first suggestion would be to try a different monitoring service. There's hundreds of other paying users on the same server as you and none of them are reporting issues.
  26. Hello i see that i receive many down service alerts every day (i use downnotifier.com ) : the sites do little traffic, the statistics do not seem to exceed the limits, why so often are they down?
